Sense Of Self (SOS)

Amazing, this was my fourth time coming and I've never had a bad experience. It's a beautiful relaxing bathhouse, not to be missed!

Wonderful people, beautiful surrounds and a totally relaxing experience. Offering tea is a nice bonus.

As a Mum of 2 tiny humans I was in desperate need of some TLC and my therapist at SOS did not disappoint. My gosh she was absolutely amazing! I opted for the Hiatus and customised it by adding on The Ends and some time in the bathhouse. It was just a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Pricing is higher than I’d normally pay for a massage but it makes sense why. I cannot recommend SOS highly enough. It was an incredible experience!

I had an excellent moment of relaxation in Sens of Self. From the massage to the baths, everything was perfect. If you prefer quiet time, better to book on the quiet mornings during the week.

From the moment you enter the space, all your senses are addressed.best tea and coffee table books while awaiting to enter another universe. Ryan was so great acknowledging the issues I had on my back/nerve system.will totally come back

Highly recommend the remedial massage! Bath house was stunning. Large open communal spaces with something for everyone. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Beautiful and relaxing space. Equiped with hot pool, sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool. Enjoyed taking some time out and relaxing in the lounge area sipping tea, eating figs and reading about natural wine.

One of the best massage experiences I've had. Loved it so much that I'm buying vouchers for my friends. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful space but at $160 for a 60 minute massage! I definitely think it’s over priced for an ordinary massage. Won’t be going back

I finally got to experience Sense Of Self and it definitely lived up to all of the amazing things I’ve heard. I had the 60 minute massage and 30 minute facial - Ellie the therapist was amazing, she made me feel so relaxed but still got to the tight spots and really helped with my sore muscles, plus the facial left me feeling very refreshed. Never thought to add it on to a massage before but I’m so glad I did. The whole experience - the space, the music, and then the massage itself, really helped me escape from a very busy and stressful time - I felt like I was in another world and I fully relaxed. Thank you thank you thank you to Ellie and the team, I truly needed this and it was fantastic. I am definitely coming back as soon as I can.

Both times I’ve visited Sense of Self have felt like such a luxurious treat. I had a massage and visited the bathhouse and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It books out a few months in advance, so book ahead or keep an eye on Instagram for last minute bookings.

Had a Heavy Hand massage here and it was such a good experience. I was sat down and asked what I want from my massage which surprised me positively, the pressure was great: deep enough to feel it being effective but not too heavy that it would hurt too much. Lovely staff, beautiful space. Highly recommended!

Visited over the weekend for a 60 minute treatment (The Hiatus) with Alison. She is heaven sent and I can't recommend her highly enough.
