Selby Acoustics - Hallam

Ordered a phono pre-amp online & it was in my PO Box 5 days later (including a public holiday & week-end). After an initial hiccup connecting it, a quick phone call to the Hallam store gave me the solution. Kudos for efficiency, knowledge & overall service.

Always a pleasure shopping here for electrical. Although they were having a team meeting in the morning, the female staffer attended to my needs and did her job very well and professionally and knew exactly what I needed without needing to ask another staff member. Always a great service here.

I've ordered from Selby Acoustics (online) over many years.
I rate them highly for quality of goods (I've bought cables, wall plates, speaker mounts and more), speed of delivery and price.
My view is the measure of a company is often found when things go wrong - recently a piece of equipment had a manufacturing issue - not Selby's fault, but they quickly responded and fixed the issue for me.

Bought all my TV mounts from Selby. They have been excellent and very well priced. Also bought cables from Selby (HDMI and optical audio cables). Both optical cables fitted very poorly and failed within 2 years (stopped working altogether). The HDMI is still going. Buyer beware with regard to cables from Selby.

Plenty of good quality products to choose from. Mainly designed for people in the home theatre business but does cater to retail shoppers. Lots of accessories able to be purchased in single form or bulk. Staff are reasonably knowledgeable but could definitely do with some product training. Overall a great place to shop.
