I spoke to Evan at Chirnside park shopping centre and have just had Michael here giving me a quote on two security doors, found them both to be very professional.
Michael was easy going and there was no pressure from him to sign us up. His product knowledge is second to none and he explained how everything works from the 1st enquiry to final installation process. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Michael and Security Plus to family and friends.

Michael came to give us a quote on security doors blinds and outside awnings today.our initial plan was to get and a quote only and think about it but Michael Collins showed such professional service, no pressure, easy to talk to we ended up purchasing the lot.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and communication, lack of it, from this company.
I started this lengthy, and to date, unfinished process a couple of days prior to 30/11/2018. The sales person was quick to arrange an appointment, turn up, measure and give a quote. He emailed the quote on 30/11/2018 and said he would follow up with a phone call in a couple of days. HE HAS NOT YET CONTACTED ME. I paid my non refundable deposit on 2/12/2018.
I sent an email on 6/12/2018 asking for confirmation of receipt of the deposit and that the quote is accepted. A follow up email for the same confirmation was sent on 2/1/2019. A third email was sent on 8/1/2019 requesting the same confirmation plus a possible date of installation.
FINALLY I received an email reply on 8/1/2019 advising that the company was closed from 21/12/2018 until 6/1/2019, a copy of the invoice with the deposit dated 4/12/2018. Also advising that the shutters were due to arrive end of January to early February.
Sent another email on 30/1/2019 advising that I would be away from 1 to 15 March. Another email sent on 6/2/2019 to check if shutters had arrived FINALLY received a reply saying that the matter would be passed on to the production department for them to contact me. A phone call was received from Colette on, i think, the 11/2/2019, advising that the shutters were on a ship from China, were due to arrive the following week.
On 20/2/2019 I sent another email asking for a response about delivery and installation. Received reply email that Colette was not in due to being ill. Colette rang me on 21/2/2019 advised ship still on way and was due middle of the FOLLOWING WEEK in Melbourne then to be transported to Sydney but no indication of installation date.
I forwarded a reply email indicating that this had carried on for close to 3 months, the unprofessional manner, lack of replies and my total overall disappointment with the whole business. NO RESPONSE.
I sent another email on Sunday 11 March checking if shutters had arrived and a possible installation date. NO RESPONSE.
I rang today at 12.15 and asked to speak to Colette. Was advised that she was on the phone and they would get her to ring me back.
It is now 2PM and still no phone call.
This company is totally unprofessional, is very tardy in replying-if at all, and if i could give a half star, that would be very kind of me.
Still very much in the dark, frustrated, AND STILL WAITING!

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with this company. Cannot recommend highly enough. Michael Collins the sales manager was extremely helpful with the type of doors and window screens I would require. He was a pleasure to deal with Installation by Leo was efficient professional and I’m so happy with the result. Old doors and windows were taken away. Happy from start to finish. Would recommend this company to family and friends.

I was a bit surprised Lauren when you told me it would be a "lady tradie" who would be doing the job, but I must say it was a most pleasant surprise when Alee, not sure if that's how you spell her name arrived.

She went and checked the cable and told me it was all frayed and I really had thought it was something like that as it had made an awful noise the last time I tried to wind it, when it got stuck, anyway it needed a new cable and she couldn't access it from inside so had to go out and get at it from there.

She was very polite and definitely knew her job as she was explaining to me what she was doing while working as she did, this young lady is an asset to your company and as such really is an ambassador for your company.

I wanted to ask for a quote for my windows for my house, & Michael came out and dealt with us. He was very informative with the roller shutters & would recommend having a chat with him.

Sales representative was rude because I said I had one more person coming for a quote, got upset cause I didnt want to put a deposit right there.

We had 6 roller shutters installed around our property including 2 commercial grade shutters for large windows and they have made all the difference in noise reduction and heating/cooling efficiency, not to mention the added security. A high quality product as was assured by Michael Collins the sales manager, who's friendly, honest and informative approach made the whole experience a positive one.
We are very happy with the end result.

Do NOT call these people. You will regret it. If your interested in securing your home look elsewhere. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of calling them and it's been one disaster after another. Life's too short to deal with idiots like Security Plus.

We had our front security door and grille installed today. From the initial contact to measure and quote and finally installation has been outstanding. We couldn’t have been happier with the service that we received from this company. Thanks to Mike Collins for being a professional in his dealings with us. Mike took the time to explain the various options available to us and was never in a hurry to close the deal. However, once we made our choice, Mike gave us the best deal in terms of price too. Mike even went further by giving our job order a priority; thus this installation done today. Also thanks to Leo who did the installation, he did a great job and also cleaned up when the job was done.

Thankyou Security Plus! After installing 2 new security doors & roller shutters on the my windows of my house my family feel alot safer in our own home

I approached Security plus for Plantation shatters in my house.
Serge came, measured the windows and explained how many panels I needed. Then he calculated the price including the discounts as we were promised when they promoted the shatters at the shopping centre.
The price was a bit higher than I expected, but considering we have 10 windows, it was reasonable.
But my concern was how the shatters will be installed. From other companies I dealt before, there were some issues with installation.
Serge was kind enough to ask Mark the installer to come and explain to how they would be installed, before I had to pay 30% deposit.
The nice installer Mark came and told us the two options.
The first option was putting shutters frame against the fly screen windows, but would restrict us to remove the fly screens for cleaning and also access the windows for cleaning as well.
The second option of installing plantation shatters, was on the frame of my windows, but then the shutters frame would be installed down to the carpet. But if we had to remove the carpet after the shutters were installed, then it would have had problem removing it and replaced under the windows.
Therefore we might have to wait till the carpet needs replacing and then get the plantation shatter installed.
But I would like to mention how nice Mark was to come out of his way free of charge to have a look and explain how they can be installed.
I will recommend him as preferred installer.
