In my humble opinion Food is good. Don't like the staffs attitude. If not for someone birthday, I wouldn't go.

Good service, attentive waiters & good food. What makes it different is the ambience! Very moody. A difference to the usual white walls, ceilings & bright lights - none of that here. Gets the tick!

Service is tough but fair, the maître d' runs a tight ship and as patrons I think we must respect their timing sessions. I went for yum cha at their 11am session (first session of the day) and there was already a long line around the corner, their fish tank is spotless and the food speaks for itself.

Got one of our dishes wrong two times. We were asked to leave right after the dish was served as the our booked time was passed. We were not able to finish our last dish, the one they served wrong two times! The tall manager balamed us instead of listening to us and be considerable. If this is the attitude to your customer, sorry. Won’t come back again.

I'm so torn! The food is delicious and it's one of the best yum cha around! But the service is so bad. Why is it so hard to be nice and friendly? Why is this an acceptable norm at asian run restaurants in Melbourne? I want to enjoy my experience and walk away happy and content but never do here. Food is so good and I'll probably come back but begrudgingly due to the service. Food never disappoints but service will as usual.
