Very accomodating, the women who served us was very kind and effective at her job. The food was delightful, wait time for food was not long at all and expectations were not only met but exceeded them. Will definitely be back

Astonishing restaurant with amazing interior design. I love the staffs here as they are super friendly. Well no doubt the food here are delicious as well. If u’re big fan of durian, try their durian dessert it is really delicious but don’t forget about the drink as well. There are a few cocktail and mocktail I absolutely love it which are called cute cute ginny, blue Long Island and purple dream highly recommend to give it a try. The overall experience is really great, one of the best dimsum place I been so far.

Went to this restaurant to have dim sum booked prior in advance. We ordered a dish as soon as we sat down and had to ask 3 times where it was.it eventually came at the very end of our meal when we had finished and eaten everything. Waitress also do not ask if we have finished a dish (obvious that there is little food still on plate) and will take from table. It felt like they are trying to rush us out of door even though we have booking.

When we get the bill they inform us that we have not spent enough money ($30 pp minimum apparently). We explained that no one has informed us this on confirmation text/email or seen any sign indicating this before ordering. Waiter says there is sign at front of shop.had a look after and could only see sign about public holiday surcharge.
Overall, it is overpriced dim sum and bad service/ experience.

Good food, bad service. Quote from the manger: ”I know the food came late, but please finish your food quicker coz others are waiting. ”

Service is poor except for the gentleman in the suit. He was lovely and helped me order a few vegetarian items on the menu. Good was just meh.

The food is just alright and service staff quite friendly, but as said in many previous posts, the manager (the front desk staff wearing the suit) is ABSOLUTELY rude and inconsiderate.

There’s also a minimum spend of $30 per person for Yum Cha.

Also note the sessions periods/ time slots on the weekends.

The dumplings here are truly delicious. I found most yum cha places food in Melbourne to be pretty heavy and a bit boring. Here the offerings were very diverse, tasty and of course, including much loved staples such as the Chinese cream tarts and durian ice cream.

This place never disappoints, fabulous food, huge menu choices, a little pricey but hey you are in the city and the attentive service more than makes up for it

Was highly recommended this establishment as having the best yum cha selection in town. The dumplings were cold, tasteless and few and far between. We waited half an hour for dumplings to be served and had to get up and leave. Service was terrible, no interest in returning.

Not bad for dim sum though a bit too salty. And some are still not perfect as Chinese standard. And a bit unwelcoming in overall service.

I'm not a fan of yum cha but my partner is. He was in heaven here. I enjoyed it more than any other yum cha I've been dragged to. The squid tenticles were delicious. The mango pudding at the end was the highlight for me. I wish I'd taken two off the cart. I found the service to be great for such a busy restaurant.

Recommended definitely!
The food was pretty good and tasty. If you are not into Chinese food, this restaurant can change your mind. Be careful, it is a little bit pricey:)
Like the other Chinese restaurant you can hardly find smiles on the waitresses faces ;)

Great Yum Cha - some of their special options such as the truffle and pork dumpling’s are amazing.

The Roast Duck/pork aren’t the best I’ve ever had but they are a nice change from all the Dim Sum you will be brought. The sittings are fairly rushed so don’t come here if you want to take your time and the check in/reception process can be fairly pedantic at times.

One of the best yumcha restaurants in Melbourne, but tbh, the service is poor! And Juses, I have to say the front mid age lady is so mean!
Is that so hard to get some nice waitresses in Melbourne?

Poor selection of yum cha.
Mostly dim sum/dumplings and the constant push to order expensive duck or lobster.
The tanks at the front are a nice "aquarium " family feel, but we were pushed out without desert options and charged extra for water.
The "off the menu", & special order meals are at least a 20 min wait and if it's busy you can forget about a large amount of food trays coming your way, making waiting in between dishes too long for what it is.
I understand its in the city, but still its not worth the price for what it is.
Rather go to another place for yum cha, (such as the shark fin inn) for a less expensive, higher option, friendly-staffed choice to eat.

Delicious meals! Service is excellent. Dinner cost us $1000 for 11 people with some seafood so that's reasonable for a special occasion. Overall, food is tasty and quality is expected here.

Awesome yumcha restaurant at the heart of Melbourne city, very delicious but a little bit pricey. Overall I still enjoyed it.

Its rather expensive, but what you pay for is what you get: amazing dimsum! Here is where you'd go when you want to treat yourself.
All sorts of delicious dimsum including the usual favourites, and a lot of unique ones on top of that. Durian puff is a must have for durian lovers, the 'black swan' that has duck meat was delicious and the meat buns were awesome.
The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and attentive to our needs!
It is packed most of the time, so booking in advance is essential.

Went here for a birthday party. Ordered crispy honey chicken, the bbq pork n duck, an braised eggplant. We add some more dishes at the end, and everything were really good.

The waiters really observant and quick during serving us. The ambience of the restaurant really good as well. Will come back for more.
