25 It’s a shame a certain staff member has let this business down with poor attitude towards customers service.
Social distancing I get it, but when there is nobody else in the store, just one staff member and myself, and she asks me to GET OUT OF THE STORE and fold my clothing outside of the establishment.
Abrupt, rude.
Poor customer service.
I used the pick up /drop off service, very happy with it! No hustle at all, my jackets were picked up and delivered a few days later. I wanted to drop them off, but I couldn't find any shop assistance, so I called and was offered this service. I highly recommend it to anybody who lives in the area. The laundry bag is beautiful too! 5 stars
Brand new laundromat. Very organized and tidy. Card and coins are accepted. They have laundry machine specially for pets gear.
I work at a business nearby and recently the washing machine broke. I took our 2 bags of dirty towels to here. Not only did the lady there explain everything to me, she offered to move the 2seperate loads to the dryer and add another load to the washer and then to the dryer. I came by later to check in on it and she had moved the washing, out in extra money AND folded half of it!

After going to another coin laundrette out of necessity as I found myself without a laundry at home, I ABSOLUTELY recommended Seagulls laundromat services both in Williamstown and at their new Altona North premises (near Bunnings in Millers Junction Business Precinct.) Washing is no longer a problem as we work long hours. The washing is always beautifully cleaned, folded and packed.
Opting for the FREE pickup, wash, dry & fold, then coming home from work to find my washing safely delivered for free, the next day, is not only extremely affordable (they use their no chemical products,) it is a ‘no-brainer’! Washing is always fresh.
Gift cards from Seagulls laundromat are the perfect gift after the arrival of a new baby or if you know a family with mountains of washing who just need to catch up. I can’t fault the service and value.
