Had some difficulties with a few shirts that I dropped off, the owner called me within 24 hours and fixed it all up. 5 stars.

I’ve been using this service for over a year now, a near weekly service, business shirts and wash and fold, the staff are great and friendly, the service timely and ready when requested, sometimes needed quickly sometimes a few days, they seem to be always open and I’m sent a text when ready to collect, can’t ask for anything more so thoroughly recommend.

Picking up your dry cleaning in the rain is far from ideal, especially when you’re a wheelchair user. Still, I called the number on the text message I received and explained my situation, and the man (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) had no hesitations with contacting the store I was picking up from and arranging for someone to bring it to my car. I’ve used Seagulls twice, and everything comes back perfectly, is well-priced, and the staff are always very friendly. It’s the little things that count the most when you’re a wheelchair user, so thank you, Seagulls, for going above and beyond for me today. It means a lot!

5/5 star experience. Great customer service and quality. The ladies who worked there had my dress dry cleaned within less than 24 hours and rid of stains that other dry cleaners could not get out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for exceptional quality dry cleaning.

Staff overcharged me not once but twice for my dry cleaning. The attitude after bringing this up I was also not impressed by. An apology would have at least been appropriate. Definitely taking my weekly drycleaning elsewhere.

I am so happy with the friendly and efficient service of Seagulls! I have needed dry cleaning in an emergency and even texted late at night for pickup- and it is never a problem. And the pickup/ drop-off service is fabulous and always on time. The services are reasonably priced and the quality excellent!

I must say the decision to start using Seagulls pick up and drop off service was the best move we have made as a family. Taking the time and effort into account of doing laundry it's a bargain. It usually takes me half a day with all we have to do. Now I have the time to do other things. Thank you!
