Absolutely fabulous. Best Greek food in Melbourne. And being Greek I should know. Fantastic service. Have been going back since it opened!

The service awesome. Had the calamari very salty, had the chips very salty. But the real shock was the expense of the food for the quality. I’m glad I experienced the restaurant to experience Greek Cuisine but it’s not for me. Don’t let my review put you off.

The food was pretty good, but the service received was absolutely horrible. When I walked in, the waitress was too busy talking in a huddle with either other colleagues or friends and didn’t ackonwledgr us. I already saw the other people I was with sitting at our table, so I walked over- which she was annoyed about. Seemed like such a chore for the waitress to take our order. Took over 30 minutes to take our drink order and when she took our drink order we advised we would also like to order our meals. She got distracted and said she would be back and came back 15 minutes later to take our order with attitude.
Meals finally came out after a delay, but was okay because the food was really good. Waitress did come over asking us if we wanted any more drinks, but again seemed like she had a lot of attitude and couldn’t be bothered taking our order. When it was time to pay at the end, it was such an inconvenience for her to split the bill. She wanted to split it straight down the middle, but that didn’t make it fair for those paying. We only wanted to split it two ways, but she was rolling her eyes at the thought of splitting it. I politely said I can just work out what we owe to make things easier, but she declined saying she will have to get a menu with a lot of attitude she grabbed a menu. At this point I couldn’t be bothered dealing with her, so I just worked out what was owed myself. The meals are very expensive, which you could justify because the food is nice, but you don’t have the service to back it up. Unfortunately has left a very sour taste in our mouths.

What's not to love, chips are well seasoned, greek salads full of olives, lambs absolutely beautiful and the taziki sauce.oh my lord

Great place to relax and enjoy life. Large meals friendly service. Definitely try it if you're in the area.

It was amazing. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends especially with kids. Kids ate food with pleasure and than asked for more. Thanks to the staff for their patience and excellent service! One of the best dining experiences of my life. Each dish was plated beautifully AND tasted even better than it looked (which is hard to do!). The dishes were creative new spins on traditional meals that left you wanting more and more. In addition, the wait staff were so friendly and professional and the environment could not be better.

Food was great, nice and attentive staff and the service was excellent

Never had many Greek cuisine nor visited restaurants, but for my first time experience, Seagulls has set the bar quite high! The food was delicious and portion sizes are so big you'd need to invite some friends to finish it with you! Thank you so much for the lovely experience and superb food, I have recommended this place to friends and family

Grilled baby octopus in what looked and tasted like a Big Mac sauce from the supermarket was awful. White bait tasted like it was rolled in light and tangy chip seasoning.
Won't order again.

Had a party, Leon (owner) was sensational. Really took alot of care in cooking up our trays of food which was very tasty. All my guests loved the food and i highly recommend this restaurant. Please support local.you will not be disappointed! My next party, definitely calling Seagulls. 10/10.

Fantastic meal and staff are friendly, food is better than some of the more expensive greek restaurants and serving size is excellent, highly recommend I think I found my new favourite

We ordered the "Nicks Banquet" for two and were very disappointed.
I had been here quite a few times in the past and loved the food however this time was quite different.
The Banquet dishes came out in the wrong order however it was still ok until the main dish came out.
The tiny amount of the Charcoal Lamb Spit, was tough and over done, the Seafood Souvlaki, was tough and burnt and there was only 1 x Mussel on a platter for 2.
There were also 5 prawns in the Prawn Saganaki for 2, which was thrown together and not even close to the standard it use to be with lumps of un-melted cheese in it.
We also ordered it with the vegetables and it arrived with chips and salad.
The service was poor and when I mentioned the issues to the staff member as we paid his reaction was to just grunt "Errrrrr"
I was surprised he didn't even try to hide the fact he couldn't care less.
We were also over charged as the meal was $69.9 each and we had 2 Cokes at $4.50 each which I make to be $148.8 however we were charged $151.26 with no explanation.
It's so disappointing, this use to be my favorite Greek restaurant but I don't know if we will be returning now.

Delicious food, good service. We had saganaki starter, the seafood platter for two and the meat platter between our group, both beautiful and full of flavour. Finished off with the triple dessert and some great Greek coffee. Really nice food and cosy atmosphere, definitely a winner. Highly recommend!

If you want amazing authentic Greek, this is the place to be, food was amazing and all fresh, reasonably priced, you also get 1 free kids meal with every main so basically kids eat free.
The owner Leon is also the chef and that was enough for us to book the back half the of restaurant for 20+people, Leon takes pride is what he does and was clearly displayed on the plates that were being served to us, we will definitely be back.

We were a table of 5 and ordered Nick's Banquet. All the meals came out great but we had to go up and ask them to clear the table after entrees because there was no room for the mains. And we had to go and ask for drinks 3 times. They really didnt check to see if we needed anything, and when they served food and we asked for drinks they didnt come. They might of been short staffed. The lamb was chewy and tough and not nice at all. Not sure if we would spend all that money again here. $69 per head us drinks

Well I was amazed and it takes some effort to impress me with everything. It was a 30 plus degree Tuesday night and no one felt like cooking, so we ordered food from here for delivery. A meat platter with the veg side option, and a main of calamari with the salad and chips option. Our order arrived in the quoted time frame. First impression when I looked in the bag was, this looks like a very large container on top so that must be the platter I looked expecting the bottom box to be a smaller box for calamari. But there was a second huge box. I also notice the overall weight and hurried inside to investigate. I pulled the 2 huge boxes of food and the generous side salad out of the bag and opened each of the 2 bigger boxes. I was amazed at the serving sizes.the platter had a bit of everything and everything looked yummy.the veg side element in the meat platter was amazing with rice freshly cooked in season veg and scallop potatoes. A great generous selection of meats with a lemon wedge and garlic sauce on the side. Next the calamari a massive serve and I have to say I was skeptical of quality due to the serving size. But to my surprise again the calamari was fresh and soft perfectly cooked.and resting on a smaller but massive pile of chips. The chips where good to. Even the salad was above average with good quality kalamata olives and very nice soft feta chunks. Overall this was hands down the best home delivery food we have had in well over 2 years possibly even longer. Ive seen a few negative reviews for this place before I wrote this, and they all seem related to in house dining, and the impression I get is they are extremely busy because they are making great food and giving some above and beyond serving sizes that would leave even the biggest eaters full and satisfied, I see a lot of people in the good reviews mention not being able to stop eating even once full. I completely relate to this. I loved it and could stop stuffing myself full of all the yummy stuff we got. Thanks guys. We are new regulars I thought it was something special tbh.

Amazing food and even better service. Everything was just perfect. My family and I loved the whole experience.
