N my home I installed security doors, with in a week they installed as they promised, highly professional, neat &clean, affordable price, great customer service, I recommended to couple of my friends, they are also satisfied.

Great customer service n cheapest quote to fix 3 security doors n 2 shower screens. Reliable, friendly n skilful people. I'm glad with their work n highly recommend them.

Poor customer service. Took 7 weeks from start to finish with no communication in between. Happy to ask for money straight away though. Overall product was okay.

Michael the measurer calling before coming out to ask if I’m “wasting his time” with a measure and quote, slanging off the “ladies in the office can’t manage my bookings” & saying he will wait in my driveway 3hrs before our appointment as he has nothing else to do.
Called company saying I found him unprofessional and creepy. Vicky apologised and sent someone else out.
Ram came out the measured 6 windows. I called the office to leave deposit.
They lost credit card details for deposit but didn’t realise until I called saying it didn’t go through. They then advised us the measurements need re checking a week later.
Booking in a further measurement the following Thursday & called on the Wednesday (the day before) to confirm as i was needed at work otherwise.
They didn’t show and when called Vicky, the same person I confirmed with, she said “ oh yeah we will just go with the original measurements. The booking was yesterday anyway”

Yup bad customer service on so many levels. Beware.

Great service and excellent value for money. Very honest and reliable. Hired their service to install shower screens in my bathroom, would highly recommend them.

Please be cautious with this company. I purchased a INVISI-GARD sliding security door and it would have been easier visiting the dentist.
Their sales rep was tired and lacked any care factor.and then the installer did a woeful job of the installation

The only bonus was the very polite and professional young Indian guy that actually smiled when he was fixing the two previous attempts at installing this INVISI-GARD sliding security door

The build quality of the sliding security door was B Grade. I dont think that Vicki really understands the term 'word of mouth'. Very pleasant to deal with initially until there is a quality issue and then develops hearing loss

INVISI-GARD mention on their website that there are 3 locks included with their single and sliding doors. Seaford Screens are shy about this and will only provide you with one basic lock without even mentioning that 3 locks are available at an extra cost (which I was more than happy to pay)

From first time home quote and measure, time I was promised it will be fitted to time I called back for service of the doors were all done within the time I was promised. Cheapest quote and very happy with the product and service.

I have used Seaford Screens over many years and I am very happy with the service. I had 2 shower screens, a house full of fly screens and 2 security doors installed. The measurer was prompt and very helpful, the installer was very pleasant over all customer service was excellent.

Very poor customer service. They showed up late or just not at all even after organising a time for install. They didnt even seem to be all that apologetic about being late and leaving us with no doors for several days. As we had to remove the old doors in preparation for the new to be installed this was very inconvenient. I would not recomend them to anyone

Wow. After waiting in all day. They still don't know when they are going to turn up? Plus they cancelled instalation two days ago. Whats going on? Your service used to be great. Thats why I trusted you into replacing our screens.

I took a day off work they didn't show up and they called after the agreed time to say they weren't coming due to weather. The job was replacing an indoor shower screen. The following week they didn't confirm they were coming I called them and they told me they would be there before 12 so I left work and they did the job leaving a sharp piece of metal lying in the backyard

Very impressed with the service I received from Seaford Screens. Punctuality of rep excellent. Installation went with out a hitch.would definitely use Seaford Screens again.

Have been asking for an invoice for over 2 months with no response - only to have someone to chase the invoice they have never sent. Have emailed and called several times in relation to the amount of screens with no one coming back me.disapointing.

BE CAREFUL: Before you pay them make sure the work is correct, as getting them to comeback to rectify faulty workmanship seems a low priority.

I had some screens and mirrors installed by Seaford Screens for my ensuite after my reno. They looked great after installation. The service was good from the day i put the order. Keep it up guys.

Poor customer service, called for a quote to install three screens was told "we don't come out for anything less then six " and was hung up on

I like to giver four star because the did a grade job, the fitted 2 shower screen and 8 fly screens 2 security doors for my home. The workers are very friendly and clean work. Really i recommend to others.

What a bunch of clowns. After giving a quote and saying delivery by Christmas, nothing heard from again. Call in the new year, sorry, your order hasbeen done, but forget to install it? Arrange for installation of a security door, so take a day off work. No one shows up, no call to explain what happened. So we ring and are told sorry, will come Saturday morning. Waiting for them to come. Go out the front to do the garden, and find a card. The installer had come and put it there and gone. No call or knock, as my dogs would of started barking. Call them and ask what's going on, told that it's Saturday and they don't do installs on Saturday. I said he came, left the card and took off. The person on the phone said he would find out what happened and call back in 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I rang back, and of course he wouldn't answer my number. My wife rang and he did answer (dufferent number). After a long conversation and him claiming that they did call (her number, no missed calls), and then wanting to wait until the Monday, she stood her ground and he came that afternoon and did the install. He was the clown he left the card.
Do youself a favour, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MOB. They are rude and liars, and don't believe in customer service.
