They were so patient with me & my multiple quotes without being pushy or over chasing me up! It was a very quick and easy process and everyone was lovely! Super happy!

Google shows open on Saturday morning, but found to be shut, should we rely on Google or call before we go!

Sad, rude little man, sooked about anything and everything. Company has gone well n truly downhill in the last yrs. Wont be using for current renovations or recommding in any way good

Had an appointment booked for 1pm. Guy shows up at 11: 30 am gains access to my home. Doesn't say he is early, Is let in by a nurse visiting patient in home.
He rings me while l am at laundromat and is arrogant and dominant. Saying he is there early and wants to discuss doors over the phone! Beyond furious he was so pushy, was unsupervised in my home. I feel unsafe and angry. DONT USE THIS COMPANY BE WARNED UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOMINEERING MALE

Very rude people. Called to get someone out for a quote for two flyscreens. Was advised that they didn't come out for two screens. Well that money you could have earned has gone elsewhere to people who were able to accommodate us. Will remember in future to not bother with you.

Came out didn't even introduce himself so no idea what his name was. Was rude to my partner as I wasn't home. Completely unprofessional!

The Team at Seaford Screens were a pleasure to deal with. Michael who did the quotes, Vicki and Mel who communicated with us about the Order and Shaun who installed the doors. The doors are great especially the entrance one where we have complete privacy. You could see outside from this Security door but no one from the outside can see inside. Best buy. Seaford Screens were an absolute pleasure to deal with, great quality and good value. Just had Security doors, flywire doors and flywires for windows made and installed. Everything was done exactly as advised and to the timing advised. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you to Michael for coming out and advising and quoting, thank you to the installers and to the service staff on the phone who are a pleasure to talk to.

We had our whole house fitted for fly screens, and a security door. The man completing the installation was professional, polite, and really efficient. Whole job completed in an hour, plus he cleaned up the sawdust. The windows look great, thanks!

Michael, who came out to give us our quote was super unhelpful and rude. Getting annoyed that we “Hadn’t done any research” and that we couldn’t give him an exact answer of what we wanted immediately. If we knew exactly what we wanted we wouldn’t have needed to get a quote.

What a bunch of clowns. After giving a quote and saying delivery by Christmas, nothing heard from again. Call in the new year, sorry, your order has been done, but forget to install it? Arrange for installation of a security door, so take a day off work. No one shows up, no call to explain what happened. So we ring and are told sorry, will come Saturday morning. Waiting for them to come. Go out the front to do the garden, and find a card. The installer had come and put it there and gone. No call or knock, as my dogs would of started barking. Call them and ask what's going on, told that it's Saturday and they don't do installs on Saturday. I said he came, left the card and took off. The person on the phone said he would find out what happened and call back in 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I rang back, and of course he wouldn't answer my number. My wife rang and he did answer (different number). After a long conversation and him claiming that they did call (her number, no missed calls), and then wanting to wait until the Monday, she stood her ground and he came that afternoon and did the install. He was the clown he left the card.
Do youself a favour, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MOB. They are rude and liars, and don't believe in customer service.

Super helpful, needed a spare part and was treated with kindness and professionalism when not really understanding what I was looking for.

Great product quality from a small company, Vicky and team have plenty of time to chat to you in-store and over the phone, had a small issue with one product and they rectified it ASAP.
Highly recommend Seaford Screens!

I have never experience such an easy and pleasant transaction. The quote came in surprisingly cheaper than expected. We came home to find the area left neat and tidy and the only hint someone had been was the beautiful new screen door installed. Nothing was too much trouble and the ladies in the office were all really lovely to deal with. Will be coming back here for more work in the future. Highly recommend.
