Seaford Beach Family Clinic

One of the worst practices I have ever come across in my lifetime. Not the Doctors but the Admin side of it. None of my referrals ever faxed to the relevant hospitals correctly. I have to call and call many times, then I have to actually go in to see the Dr and ask what happen? Then I find out they do not have the correct fax numbers to the hospitals. I waited months to find out about the Pain clinic, then another 2 months about the womens clinic, then now 5 months to the Cardiac unit to have a stress test done. No fax was sent. Saw one GP last week, told me she will call me back to see what was happening, No call back, yesterday query the receptionist, told again will call back, no call back. No fax sent.its a good thing I am not a heart patient. Please change your Practice Manager as she was the one I spoke with last week. Bad practice!

Doctors take the time to listen, diagnose and help as much as they can, going beyond the call of duty at times. Never feel as I am being rushed out the door nor do I feel like an other number but a human being. Things are explained so I understand completely.
I am very thankful that I came across a fantastic doctor and grateful that she takes care of myself and my children so wonderfully.
I recommend them to family and friends.

I would like to comment on the excellent service I received over the last 3 weeks from Dr Ghabrial. She showed me so much compassion and kindness which I will never forget. She is a wonderful doctor.

Not helpful at all and a complete waste of time. Doctors have no understanding and need more training, all doctors at this clinic must be fresh out of uni. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere!

Brilliant Doctors here. Very thorough and caring. Friendly and genuinely interested in your health. I have seen Caroline Ghabriel and her husband Youssef, who are both great doctors. Would recommend them to anyone

Always have a great service from the drs at this clinic in particular dr ghabriel. I especially like the fact that I am always able to get an appointment, very important when you have a child.
