Seaford Beach Family Clinic

I lived in the area for ten years and have been a regular patient at this practice for most of that time. I must say that the consistent health service is above average for GP's in the area.

I have moved closer to the city now but the new GP rooms that I have do not offer infusions.
Just came back to Seaford today to have my infusion and the RN also saw that my EPC for my osteopathy was ready to be renewed and completed that while my infusion was delivered.

Great service. Most of the GP's bulk bill if within regular business hours, waiting room is large. There is a chemist next door an parking out back or on the Nepean Highway.

Telehealth call at scheduled time. Five stars for this clinic from me.

The doctor was understanding, and answered any questions I had. I have recommended the clinic to all my friends

Dr Akbari is very thorough, compassionate and understanding. He alway s explains everything throughly from basic information through to complex giving you your treatment options in detail thank you Dr Ali Akbari.

I hadn't been at this clinic for nearly twenty years having moved out of the suburb however upon return found that not only were they still a terrific practice, Dr Liying Chen absolutely exceeded any expectations I had. Not only picking up on medical issues that had previously gone untreated, the manner in which she conducts herself is professional yet compassionate. Thank you Dr. Chen.

Good clinic with good GPs however the nurse with the needles seems like she doesn't know what she's doing, it took her 3 attempts to find my vein! This happened to my wife as well! Not cool at all.the only down side to this clinic.

We came altogether for our COVID boosters and what a delightful experience did it turn out to be!
Even I, the wimp, didn't feel a thing and was given a lollipop, just like the good old days.

Do not go here! Wasting your time. Had a appointment at 12: 30 after waiting for 50 minutes someone else who just came into clinic was allowed to go in front us.

All of the girls are so amazing, professional and very knowledgeable across the board. I I have received a variety of treatments at the clinic and have never been disappointed. I always feel well looked after and amazing when I leave. Never had a bad experience

Every single time I make a booking here, it takes 30-45mins to be seen. Prepare to wait cause it’s infuriating

Most of my experiences in the last 6 months or so with a female dr have been great. However the other day she was unavailable and I had a male dr call me for a telehealth app. He was dismissive, condescending and quite frankly made me feel very very small. I suffer from numerous conditions including acute pain conditions. I rarely take pain killers and he made me feel like a junkie jonesing for a hit. I was so offended it has taken me some days to write this and it has made me hesitant about going back to the clinic at all. I was in tears after our phone call and the next day when I repeated our conversation to family. Not good enough.

I personally had a great experience at the clinic, however my partner went and did not have the same experience.
Dr Ali was unprofessional and gave incorrect information regarding the vaccine roll out from the clinic, he said the clinic did not provide AstraZeneca when it does and refused to let him book in for the vaccine!

Friendly GPs, staff, nurses and other allied health staff. Bulk billing. Has walk through to next door chemist.

Currently sitting in the waiting room 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Good caring Doctors but constantly late

Friendly, caring, professional team. I've seen several GPs here and have been highly impressed with their skill and care. I also noticed they book 15 minute appointments as opposed to most bulk billed places which book only 10 minutes. The extra time the doctors have with the patient really make a difference, I really felt the doctors cared and took time explaining things properly. I was also really impressed with the? Practice manager at the front desk from North America, she was very helpful and professional.

Thank You to Dr Akbari! You were very understanding and patient with our dad who has a fear of doctors. You made him feel very at ease and were very thorough in the appointment. Thanks for all your help

DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC AT ALL! EVERYONE WORKING AT THIS CLINIC HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PRIVATE MEDICAL HISTORY! EVEN THE RECEPTION STAFF WHO HAVE NO MEDICAL TRAINING AND THEY ALL TALK ABOUT PRIVATE INFORMATION WITH EACH OTHER! WHICH IS ILLEGAL AND THEY SHOULD BE SUE FOR MEDICAL MALPRACTICE! THERE PRACTICE MANAGER HAD NO MEDICAL BACKGROUND OR QUALIFICATIONS AND THEY ALSO UNDERPAY THE STAFF!

GP's are fantastic.need a new psychologist if Karen is still there find another provider. She is awful.

Dr Karen is a psychologist. I feel comfortable talking to her and opening up to her. She is very compassionate about what she does and very knowledgeable. If you want some one who will be straight forward and not sugar coat things than this lady is for you. She makes you work hard right down to the point to solve your problems. Also she's a great listener. Thank you Karen.

Receptionist girl was rude when she took my temperature upon arrival. Just came in from a 34 degree day and she refused me yelling out so every one in the waiting room could hear -"Your temp is REALLY HIGH"! She didn't tell me what it actually was. I explained to her that if she takes it again in 5 minutes it will be fine and I wasn't leaving as I had an appointment and it was just the heat from traveling here in a hot car. She then carried on and got a manager to come and take it again.temperature was fine! Oh and really high was 37.3 btw! What the hell? Covid hysteria! Train your staff not to embarrass and cause unnecessary panic!
