Schnitz

Well what to say.
1st 1 of our drinks was 3 months out of date.
Cleanliness of the shop was horrible food scraps crumbs drink lids on the floors that looked like the haven't been mopped in days.

We ordered A vegan Parmy with chips, a wrap, a schnitzel and a family chips on Saturday, the 12th of June. We only received two large chips, the schnitzel and then 2 extra wraps but no parmy or family chips. The girl didn't repeat the order and we failed to check it until we got home. Called the store up 3 times and no one answered, then left three messages/enquiries on their website. Very poor service.

I really love this Schnitz it's one of my favourite restaurants to order from. I love the chicken and chips, the spices they use.

Just had tea here, first night out in a long time. Whilst waiting for tea I was watching the staff behind counter making burgers and wraps. A young boy making these might have had gloves on but he kept whiping his gloved hands on his pants and then grabbing at his crouch and pushing his hair out of his face. What was the use of wearing gloves? Actually made me not want to eat watching this. I think he might need to be taught hygiene a bit more.

Twice I ordered from schnitz through a delivery company. Twice I've ordered a drink and both times I never received the drink. Please make sure you're training employees to properly read online orders.

Food was nice, wait times were not great. Service could have been better also. People standing around waiting to be served for staff to ignore them. I was not surprised that customers walked away after being ignored

Great outpost of Schnitz. Chicken schnitzels were quite thick and juicy compared to other locations. Service with a smile despite being really busy and us sitting outside.

Visited here with friends for lunch. Customer service was average, table for 3, had to ask and then get the menus. I ordered at the main counter and asked for water at the table, had to juggle a heavy water bottle and 3 glasses without a tray I ordered the Mediterranean Salad it was delicious but presentation was obviously not a priority. Even though the orders came out within 10 minutes it takes time to put real love on the plate Bit disappointing all round

Schnitzel was cold. Chips were cold and soggy and were half sweet potato and half normal when I only ordered normal chips. No cutlery for my salad provided even after asking.

The schitzels are only like a cm thick. My sisters parmi looked terrible, like it had been shaken terribly in the box even though we picked it up. She liked the taste though. I would says its better to just go to a pub. My burger had the wrong crumbing and ingredients. Chips were soggy which is to be expected of takeaway. And too pricy for my budget

Food is really good! Ordered one of the Plain & Simple burgers and could not be happier! Service was great but when busy it can be very slow. Have been there many times and mostly have been satisfied.

This store used to have very nice fries? They're just ordinary schnitzel burgers with abit of fancy relish.

The swiss cheese roll is the best thing ive eaten in a while, and the chips.bro the chips are the best chips or fries what ever you wanna call them, they are the best ive ever had, forget kfc or red rooster, schintz have the best chips around bloody hell my mouths watering now just thinking about them

Not as good as i remember.
Some of the ingredients were missing? Or it is no longer as good as i remember?

Made multiple orders from uber eats and they managed to get all the orders wrong, something was missing each an Every time. And the option they offer, come visit the store or get a refund. We would have visited the store in the first place if we wanted to go there and we wouldn't have ordered anything if we didn't want that item. It was over all very bad experience.

Sunday evening, On the way back from melbourne My wife ordered 2 rolls to be picked up, came back home and we only found one however we tried ringing them and they put the phone one voicemail for ever! They still owe me the money for one burger. Really disappointed.

My husband and I really enjoy drinking their "dirty chai", which is a mixture of traditional spiced chai with a shot of espresso.

It was a Friday night (27/11) understandably it was a bit busy. Nice young girl on the register informed me that it would be a 25 minute wait which was fine because there was no rush. Half an hour went by and I started looking up and around for my order. My friend got his order fine within the next 5 minutes. Given that I ordered before him I assumed I was next. I was given the wrong order and then I was told it was going to be another 5. Which again a bit annoying but it’s not the end of the world. Another 30 minutes! Of waiting goes by and I get told to wait further outside to make room for all of the other patrons, which is fair because there were so many of us waiting. In the end I decided to get a refund. I asked and was greeted by the rudest manger I’ve encountered in a while. I remained calm in this situation because again it’s not the end of the world. She seemed annoyed at the fact that I had asked for a refund and she kept asking me even if it was my order at all, even though I was in possession of my receipt at all times. Repeatedly did she ask if I ordered the right food. I will not returning to this establishment and I am thoroughly disappointed in the attitude of the management towards the customers that ultimately pay their wage.

Staff confuses customers by mentioning that the dip and sides opted were 'Hot' while taking the order when it's not labelled as 'Hot' in the display. Probably the system shows them that way or the staff needs careful training before taking orders. Anyhow food was good and service was prompt too.

Waited almost 45 minutes for our meal. Got home and was severely disappointed with what we received. Two small, flat, dry, semi burnt pieces of chicken. Absolutely pathetic.
I was considering going back for my money but then realised that the employee who gave us the food, threw the receipt in the bin without offering it to us.
