The staff are so nice and cheerful.
Place is kept very clean.
Food was fast and hot
Chips were not the best, still a ton better then a lot of places on flavour but lacked crunch

Incredibly slow service, too busy filling Uber eats then focusing on walk in customers. Take away is meant to me fast, not a 30 minute wait.

Point Cook always burns the schnitz and serves them black, the photo doesn't show how badly burnt it was, and the smell upon opening was disgusting! Buy from Werribee store - always delicious!

Usually great but one night let it down by bacon and chicken dripping in fat, the wrap was drenched in oil, it was disgusting to eat had to chuck it, i will just put it down to the cook that night!

I've been going to this beautifully setup restaurant for over a year, I really love their food its really good and I can't fault anything about it but when you come to customer service very very poor. I've dine there in person and I've ordered over the phone to pick up and I've no good experience what's so ever. Great location great food they can do better. Few times while I dine there I'm sitting and I can see watching the plate waiting for someone to bring it to the table, I said many times I hope its not mine and yep it was mine. No exaggeration I've many not nice experiences and I still go there every now and then because I love their food.

A big girl who packs the food is too idiot. She does not have etiquette ans doesnot know how to talk to people. Too bad to talk to her. Its terrible.

Just walked out after 15 minutes waiting to be seated. Seemed staff didn’t bother customers waiting patiently. Decided to go Grilled across the road. Probably won’t be going back again there.

we order 2 chicken schnitzels on Saturday. Both uncooked.complained but manager didn't care at all.not going back.wish I took a photo

Ordered a chicken ceaser salad. It arrived minus the chicken. How can you forgot to include the main ingredient of the salad. Idiots!

They have a lot of different flavours for their wraps and rolls and most of them are really good.

Oh yum yum yum so fresh say there is a short older lady in there and she's a little bit ignorant

This review if about Maddison @ Schnitz - We have been buying food from Schnitz for ages and Maddison has always given us great service

But to set the record straight to the review below by Brianna - I was there the other night having dinner with my family when two young ladies came in and where acting drug effected and bullying one of the younger staff members. The staff member still served them nicely and professional and Maddison didnt even talk to either of you. Personally i would have told you to crawl back under the meth rock you came from but they still served you

Unfortunately, last night I was with a friend and we had made a phone order for some chips. We got there and my friend asked if they could be fresh chips. That was all fine and good until later on I discovered your worker, I believe her name is Madison, spoke very poorly of our demeanour, and proceeded to label me as a “crackhead”. I believe there was an issue with Madison and my friend, but I have never met or spoken to this person in my life. Nor did I make any reference to her while at the restaurant, whatsoever. I was actually diagnosed with anorexia mid last year and have been battling mental health and eating disorders for the last 10 years. Not that I should ever feel I need to explain the way I look to a stranger. Safe to say you are losing a loyal customer due to this employee. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Went to schnitz for the first time.there was broken glass on the table which cut my elbow.bled for 10mins. Very Inconvenient. A refund of my meal could have been the least that could have been offered.unhappy.

All Burgers were cold. Order was messed up as one burger had no sauce. The other one had v little sauce. The chips were cold too. The young boy who took the order always screws up my order. He comes across very weird with me just the vibe i can feel and i am not sure why always with me. I am thinking of complaining now as its enough. I dont like seating and eating here anymore.

Used to be a fan of fiery turban but the new menu doesn't have a matching one. Chips are still the best in the town.

I came here with my daughter who has been often and prefers Schnitz over many other competitors. She thoroughly enjoyed her meal. I had only the sweet potato chips which were tasty and crispy, and a soft drink. I am vegetarian but didn’t fancy a “vegan” schnitzel as I don’t want food that looks or tastes like meat. There were very few options on the menu for my tastes but then it is unashamedly a schnitzel based restaurant! I would recommend it for the freshness of the food, the cleanliness and friendly service and for the inclusion of an imitation schnitzel for the vegans.

Great quality food, freshly crumbed to order. Service can be a little slow here but always friendly and clean.

Always good, value for money could be a bit better but the food is always tasty and their chips are amazing
