I’ve always dined in at Point Cook store. The one time I wanted to order on line I was unable to as I couldn’t pay with paypal. Very disappointed.

Good food but always terrible customer service. To add, came back 6 mot ha later.
Still so rude!

My husband and I came here on Thursday 5th October 2023 were served by beautiful staff the food was delicious didn’t wait too long for the food! Highly recommended coming here. Thanks guys your amazing

Awesome sauces and loved the service from the little one was very nice I liked the Parma and the OMG in the burger it had lovely bacon and egg also loved the cleanliness of the restaurant would definitely come here on a regular basis please continue this service schnitz point Cook also thanks for the good drink selection. Wait times their were also great may come in tomrow too to be honest thanks schnitz!

The young lad who took our order was extremely helpful and took extra care to ensure our dietery request (owing to my allergies) was met. Thank you.

Best service ever i just placed my order and talking to the manager only for 1 min and my order is ready. One of the best place to eat.

For the fast food lovers specially burgers and wrap lovers. Schnitz really offers some very good options to choose from their amazing menu.
I am a Mac Donald fan and first time tried burger at Schnitz and love it.
This is a good option if you want to try something new. Freshly served and flavours are also good.
Try it out.

Shambles experience. Store is full of untrained kids and the manager doesn't seem to know what is happening either. She is lost among these kindergarten kids and we are in a well renowned burger joint. Total chaos, unorganised and a nightmare.
Not coming near again. Thanks for unforgettable hospitality.

Ordered here tonight and to say the food tasted stale and terrible is an understatement. Parts of the food were quite spicy as well, even though we didn't order spicy, suggesting a dirty grill/pan cross contamination. The oil they used tasted stale as well. Dirty, lazy cooking. Uneatable. In the bin it went, thanks a lot.

Got original parmigiana + chips, drenched of spice. Couldn't even eat it as it burned mine and my daughters mouth, we didn't even order any spice!

My daughter didn't recieve her schnitzel in her nosh bucket hence me trying to share mine with her.

Not impressed, waste of money.

A little late in serving. Chips were soggy and yet the schnitzel remained the special thing as always. The Hot Curry Mayo stole 2 stars from me today

Been here on numerous occasions, staff are super friendly and chicken and chips are always fresh. Prices are very reasonable too….

Huge fan of spice of life. Especially in this store at point cook town centre. Staff are very warm and welcoming.
