I ordered a Spicy Chicken Burger, the burger was amazing and tasted really good, until I found that in the chicken patty, was a bone, needless to say, I threw the burger out after discovering it, the only reason I would ever return is for the chips, the chips are really good, but sadly, I can't recommend it to anyone 3/10

I didn’t mind waiting for my food, but then to have it come cold and also for it all not to be there was quite annoying as we were missing part of our meal… I have no had any issues before until tonight so I wasn’t very impressed

I am sorry you had a bad experience however if you arrive over an hour late to collect an order and after the store has been closed 20 minutes then of course we will not provide positive feedback. I am sure this feedback was also reflected by the poor customer who had to drive in to collect their own order despite paying Uber for it to be delivered.

Just for clarification, I never came to your place at closing hours or late to pickup someone else order. You guys have to doublecheck to whom you are giving a feedback. If I am late to pickup you guys need not to worry about it instead Uber will take off my access, they also do even care for the customer. Thanks will never come to store again. Good you are also caring for the coustmers, really appreciate it.

Worst schnitz I have been too, service was absolutely appalling.food was disgusting, chicken was over cooked to the point it was hard and un eatable. Can honestly say this has ruined my experience of my favourite food chain restaurant.

Ordered 3 meals- 2 Parmas and a wrap. The wrap and first Parma came out first chips not fresh and parma just warm. 5 minutes later the last meal arrived- it was hot and fresh.

Staff member serving was wearing mask as a chin sling, 2 staff in the kitchen wearing them only over their mouth. Interestingly a sign out the front said they due to COVID they did not have full staff.

I usually love eating at this establishment.
I went there today and had to wait for cold chicken and cold chips. The staff were slow in serving and looked unprofessional in their appearance. Loose hair (no hair net) and clothes not tucked it.
I don't think I will go again.

Terrible service, order not correct. Final order cold. Totally disappointing. Staff not professional.

Used to be great.
The last 3 times we have had schnitz it was not a great experience. Slapped up salad with missing ingredients, dry over cooked chicken with no sauce.a very rude female taking the orders.
We won't be going back.

Second time we have spent over $100 on Uber eats at this restaurant and both times half the meal arrives. This time two large chips and a burger missing but showed four chips left in bottom of bag and security tag ripped open, clearly from Uber driver theft. Both times we call restaurant as Uber driver doesn’t answer obviously guilty and both times schnitz said not our problem call Uber! It is there restaurant so how do we not get our meal back or stop there driver from stealing? What a daylight robbery. Never again will we go here and everyone we know will know why.

Personality less staff, food less than palatable, very small serving sizes & seriously expensive for what you get. This won't be on the 'go to' list any time soon.

Really good food, great options for vegan/vegetarians. Best chips I've ever had, really good salads, really good vegan and chicken schnitzels, try this place. Staff are great most of the time

Partner got a snitz with salad tonight takeaway tonight and they burnt the hell out of the snitz and placed it burnt side down so you couldn't see it at first. Snitz is so small as well which is the reason he turned it over. The teenagers working there were very quick to get us out of there when it was no where near closing time and they werent busy, I wonder if this is why. It was really unacceptable to recieve what he did when you're paying them good money. I took a photo but no way to upload it. I was surprised my partner came back here tbh, I've been here once before and haven't been back because its extremely overrated.

Food was of high quality, however schnitzel was extremely small, probably the smallest I've ever eaten in a restaurant. Contrastingly, there were far too many chips taking up almost 3/4 of the plate. If portion size is fixed, I would rate 4.5 stars

If you like chicken snitzel? Or any kind of sznitty actually, then this is the place to go. Always fresh, always polite & always prompt. Love the chips from here as well. You can phone your order ahead & it will be waiting when you get there & there is a cheese cake shop near by.

Good customer service. Did miss an item on my order, but fixed it up before it was too late. Very quick considering it was cooked fresh and there were others waiting aswell. Will be back again

The waitress was lovely, but it's hugely overpriced and I've never seen such small snitzels. Go to Sporties Club.

Went there for lunch today
Food taste was less than average, also comparing to other schnitz branches
The bread it was clearly from yesterday not fresh at all
and the chicken was dropping oil all over the table

can not blame him much
but ofcourse food coming
without cutlery or soviets

tables left unclean
and so on

We went with family this time last year and enjoyed the food.this time everyone (adults and kids) said their food was less than average and we won't be back!

Excellent customer service and great quality of food:) Massive thanks to all staffs for exceptional hospitality, we really enjoyed our lunch today:)

Had a small function tonight at Schnitz Leopold. Amazing how they took care of us. Thanks team.
