Food was cold from the start, left out the drink from the order. As I sat and waited for my food i watched as other customers drinks were also forgotten and had to be asked for! Not happy that I was sat inside the restaurant waiting for 20 mins (not a bad wait time) and the food was cold

The ceaser salad was quite good, but the wait for it was ridiculously long, and that proved to be because the wait staff couldn't find us. We were at an outside, numbered table, which was communicated at time of ordering. I'd go back though, the salad was quite good.

Nice place to eat at. Food wasn't great. Burger bun was dry and the chicken was awful. The staff were really nice though.

Waited 34 mins and our order still wasn’t ready so one stayed to wait and we went to finish our shopping. When opened takeaway one meal was missing. Felt sorry for staff only two on and very stressed. Seemed to be preparing meals one at a time … very strange

Only about 10 people in the place but the noise was bad. Hate to be there when it was full.

Didn’t provide a receipt when asked. Disgustingly dirty environment, tables not cleared and those that had were sticky and clearly haven’t been wiped in some time. Waited in excess of 30mins for our order to be made. Food tasted good but was cold as it took far too long to arrive. Considering how long it took was terribly presented! Prioritising Uber Eats at and take away orders over people in the restaurant.

Awesome food and had an amazing chat and a few jokes with one of the employees Tyson, lovely atmosphere and top notch service.

Myself and my family went to Schnitz Leopold on Wednesday evening for dinner. The place was dead, only one other couple sitting eating dinner. We ordered and sat down to dine in.

Shortly after I could see our food sitting under the warmer. Two staff members talking away while our food sat there. I’d say about 10 minutes went by before we sent our son up to the counter to ask if that was our food. A staff member replied yes, and handed him his plate to carry over to the table, while she brought the other two meals over.

Terrible bad customer service. To leave customers food sitting there while you chat is unacceptable. Like I said, the restaurant was empty, no excuse.

12 minutes until closing and these Awesome ones let 12 of us in for GPDV units progressive dinner! Fabulous service and food. Thanks Sam and crew

They charged us 15% on the top of the price because it's Public Holiday today! Not good at all!

I had really great service here today (28/12/22) the staff were very friendly. I think the lady's name was Emma and not sure what the guys name was. Thank you, it was very busy but the staff were very kind and lovely people.

Iv been to this Leopold store a few times and feel disappointed in the unfriendliness of the staff.once I order something said I was sitting down. I waited and waited then saw a parcel on the counter.went up and asked if my meal was ready.she said yes that's yours.tonight Friday night no personality from cashier.a family in the store ordered wraps I was watching the assistant timingly preparing it.my meal 15 minutes later wasn't even being prepared. Staff should lift their game in preparing food a bit faster.being in a shopping centre some people just come in on sphere of the moment and havnt got time to sit and wait three quarter hour for one's food.
It's a great pity as I often just want a quick bite as I'm time poor and doing my grocery shopping.perhaps better training of staff is recommended.
Reading the reviews I see many share my opinion of slow unfriendly service

Usually I'm happy with nits usually the foods good but sadly tonight I don't know what the foods like cos I ordered through doordash and I've got nothing metal bill for $45 and no food and doordash are closed already and yes not happy

50 min wait in store for food, when food arrived we got cold soggy chips and average wraps. Never again

Few days back this place gave me a negative feedback saying I was late to pick up Uber eats order. Also with distinguishing attitude also said the feedback also reficts poor customer who orders through Uber eats instead of walking to the store.

And today same poor coustmer ordered again through Uber eats, I went to pick up and waited more than 30 mins even though store was empty. None of them are ready to pack delivery orders seems like they never care for your business.

Arrived at the store at 7: 10 for picking up two orders. Waited till 7: 55 to pick up two small orders. Received my orders at 8: 05.

Please have some work ethics, hire some respected people, I was feel always uncomfortable visiting this place.

Pleas avoid this place. * never for Uber pick ups again. Cheers.

This place does it all, uber eats, orders over the phone, casual walk ins. The food is always as expected; delicious. Their salad options are absolute bangers and they taste better than you'd think you'd receive from a fast food restaurant. They're constantly busy with orders from over the phone and they're such lovely staff members to interact with.

One star is quite generous. Daughters food (chicken) was warm on outside, yet cold on the inside. Second and last time we will eat here.

Staff were all working in slow motion. Every I’ve come here the wait has been 25-30 minutes for a plain and simple wrap. One of the staff made really uncomfortable complements to costumers like “I like your belly Botton piercing”. Made me extremely uncomfortable.
