Schnitz

Waited half an hour for my food and they forgot one of the things I ordered. Not to mention I'm sure they forgot my order because they looked through the receipts of completed orders. Not a good look for Schnitz as a whole.

I'm way too generous giving more than half a star. Please get some real staff. 35 mins to make ONE parma

Horrible experience on 26/04/2022 @ 3.15pm.
The staff member serving at the checkout was very rude. We specifically ordered with 1 ingredient not included but unfortunately they included that ingredient. When we informed the staff they said "that's not what you said when you ordered".
No apology or sorry for the wait when they re made our order, instead got a rude annoyed "here's your order".
Hopefully this isn't their regular service and they were just having a bad day.

The women that served me was super lovely, happy and polite! The snitzel was cooked perfectly, choked golden brown and nicely seasoned. Gravy was some of the best Ive ever had from a fast food place.

I came here to purchase a nosh box for myself as I was very famished. I was met by an esteemed gentleman named Manu. He was very polite and took my order gracefully as I spoke. I am very cheerful with my received service, I will be coming back soon.

I placed order @2 and waited for 30 mins after 30 mins they were making wrong order. It was just a plain and simple vegan. Surprisingly there was no queue or rush which took so much time to make a small simple order. And after 30 mins I had to go back to my class hungry amazing place.

Terrible schnitzel. Not sure what the fuss is about. Paid almost $20 and waited 15 minutes for something that was undercooked and tasted terrible.

Always love coming out to places. I honestly didn’t know there was a Schnitz in the outlet but I was not complaining. The beef was amazing might go for a burger next time and not a wrap. The chips were crunchy and seasoned amazingly, sometimes wish I could give more the 5 stars

The food is always delicious and the staff are nice. Unfortunately the staff appeared to get confused with multiple orders before closing. My food sat waiting for 10 minutes before it was given to me, so it was barely warm.

My delicious plain and simple wrap with fresh ingredients hit the right spot. The sweet potato chips were quite nice. Also, customer service was good.

Really lovely staff, pretty disappointing that every time I come here it’s obviously understaffed… such a joke to see a chain like this caring so little about their staff. You can afford one more staff member, stop being cheap.

Best best best customer service! Staffs are really lovely. We got all of our orders without anything missing and everything is perfectly packed! Will definitely come back for a quick lunch.

Ordered gluten free options and still ended up in alot of pain. Be aware if your gluten free. Also it was pretty tasteless which is confusing because all the ingredients are really tasty ‍️

Waited 15 mins for a small chips.
Only one guy working and the 3 ladies were trying to look busy but had no idea what to do.
Never will I go here again

Just got our orders after waiting 35 minutes, when it wasn't busy. I saw one of the attendants put the wrong sauce on a bun, he then wiped the bun with a tissue and put the correct sauce on. Absolute disgrace, and will never purchase from this particular store again, the staff were pathetic. We were there from 13: 50 to 14: 20 today. Would give them a Zero star if I could.
All our meals, other than the chips were cold and soggy, hope management can view the CCTV and reprimand the staff involved for the Pathetic service today.
