Schnitz

I risked going there after reading the reviews about the food and I have to say that they were not wrong.
Very small schnitzel for the price I paid. Had a loaded parmy and was about 150grams for almost 20 dollars.
Service was good though. But not coming again, I rather pay a couple of extra bucks for a proper meal.

I ordered a "Spice of Life" dish, which was supposed to come with spicy crumb chicken for takeout. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that I had been given traditional chicken instead. I promptly contacted the store, and the manager assured me they would refund $9, taking down my information. However, when I returned to the store, they denied my refund request.

This place is going down hill. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what but it should not take 30 minutes to receive my food lol and the quality of the food is going down hill they keep burning my food

I recently visited Schnitz and tried their Aussie wrap, which has always been a favorite of mine. However, I was a bit disappointed this time. It seems like the phenomenon of shrinkflation has affected Schnitz, as the wrap no longer contained a proper schnitzel but rather a smaller-sized chicken tenderloin. Perhaps a renaming to "Tenderloinz" or "Nuggetz" would be more appropriate now. While the taste was still good, I couldn't help but feel a bit let down by the portion size and change in the main ingredient. I could easily eat 2 of these. For the high price was left hungry, chips were also not great.mostly very thin crispy bits nothing to bite into.

Ordered a Parma this morning, they have the uber guy the wrong order so he was delayed. The Parma rocked up super small and burnt all around.

The staff and food were excellent!
I would recommend it to anyone who has never been.

Customer service was so good, they cooking up another schnitzel because it wasn't big enough for their liking

Just had loaded Schnitzel & Chips, hot, fresh, busiest food outlet in the mall & after eating here I know why.

Loved it.their garden of eden vegan burger is good.and the chips are one of the best you can find.

Gave my order to some else, Had to wait 30+ mins, I think they use pigions not chicken, I have never seen a schnitzel that small.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Made us wait for so long and then told us they were closed. A long line of people were all told the same thing. A little bit of care and respect goes a long way. I won't be back.

I ordered a large sweet potato fries and it took like 15 min to come out and when we finally got them they were cold! Not happy jan

App told me my food would be ready in 15 minutes.got to the restaurant and they hadn't even started preparing it.no way to cancel order or ask for a refund.had to leave.waste of $20

Terrible service. Waited almost 30 minutes past our online order pick up time. When we finally got our meal our wraps were stone cold, plus the order was wrong. When i went to the counter they re made our order in 30 seconds, throwing everything together with hardly any ingredients so the meal tasted awful. Terrible value for money. I left feedback and it took the store 4 weeks to get back to me (after sending multiple messages), just brushing it off due to 'a difficult environment' no care at all for people spending their money there for terrible experience.

The schnitzels and chips are really good and they have really good Service and the employees are really nice

Slow - Just order a Swiss Schnitz wrap and had to wait 30 mins. I was constantly chasing up my order. 6 staff were on duty but they lacked sense of urgency when it's busy.
The cashier was handling very well and friendly but let down by the management.
If you are in hurry, might go somewhere else.

Just been here first time it blew me away the flavour and packed well the wrap and one of the best Schnitz I ever had 5 stars

Staff serving seem disinterested. The food was packaged as a take way for a dine in option and being a snitzel with gravey cheese and chips they package the chips separately unnessarly

Very rude attendants.disappointing customer service. Someone should be managing what’s happening at the store
