I purchased the Classic Sausage Making kit and the Fresh Sausage Making Book. I started making fresh sausage the day it arrived and they were an instant hit with family and friends. Since then I've been back to buy more Recipe Kits and made lots of meals from the book. It's exactly as they say 'simple'!

The best sausages I've ever tasted, and made myself! Classes are very well run and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and make it an experience to remember. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I found the class to be completely useless and way over priced. The staff/owners are arrogant and rude, and clearly disinterested in creating an enjoyable learning environment for the participants. The "class" is simply mixing together ingredients as per a printed recipe and taking turns piping those ingredients into casings in a tiny, underground kitchen. There is no learning experience and no atmosphere. The three salamis I received from the class (which were cured on their premises) were all off and had to be thrown out. Definitely take your time and your money elsewhere!

It would be nice if people were asked to wash their hands before handling food that everyone was going to be eating. Also told incorrect information about the course when booking - tried to feed it back it to the owner who wasn't interested at all in the customer experience.
The owner also continually nagged participants to wash up and really didn't create a good atmosphere. Not worth the money.

Longtime customer. Great customer service and very generous with advice. Sara also saved our salami day with a spare part for our filler. We'll always make the trip across town to West Melbourne when it's salami time.

Purchased 2 x 20 casing packs 43mm 30th May 2017, specifically requested same product as purchased 2016.

Casings looked a different colour but was assured all will be fine. Bulldust!

Casings were noticibly thinner, very stretchy and had no metal crimping on end. Lost 7-8 kgs of my pork Salami mix as they popped and burst like balloons full of water.

However this was just the beginning of the bad experience, treated with absolute contempt by girl who answered the phone and then quite astonishingly again by Sarah the owner!

Nett result is the loss of $40 of casings and $100 worth of salami mix for me, and 4 nice blokes who will forever be FORMER customers for them.

Good customer service skills are good technical knowledge I can recommend it to anyone interested in making sausages
