Food is ok. Idly and vada is good, we were disappointed with Mysore masala dosa and Upma. Weekends it was crowded, we will have to wait for nearly 20-30mins for table.

Good restaurant. But the app to order food is sometimes slow and due to that some of the item gets over by the time you order. For me 2 times veg biryani was over around 8: 30 pm only and I ended up with orders my other less priority food. Management, Plz make sure you keep sufficient amount at least in weekends and get an efficient app. Thanks

Food is good generally and has a very Indian street food appeal to it however service is not up to the mark especially some young female servers need a bit more training in hospitality, serving with a smile and positive attitude which is quite missing. Eating should be an experience and frowning servers are quite off putting. The access to the restaurant is also a bit tricky with no slope to take the pram on and the staircase is very steep. They have made an arrangement for carrying the elderly with a slide up chair which I haven't seen them using though. The short heighted young girl who packed my sweets was quite nice but the other two tall ones would literally stare at you in anger if you requested anything. Overall I was thinking about giving a 2.5 stars but the food rules over the service so I would give this a 3.

I was looking for a vegan option meal and the manager and staff were super helpful.
Food was just WOW.

Pathetic experience and worst staff member. I placed an order through uber eats:
1) Masala Dosa: I specifically called the restaurant and told them to keep the potato filling seperate as it makes dosa “soggy”, still they have me dosa filled with potato filling in the centre.
And then gave me the reason “sorry mam it was already done by the chef” and disconnected my call.
2) papdi chaat- delivered papdi chaat without yoghurt…. Can you believe it?

Pathetic restaurant, not expected.

Best food I ever had So far. Dosas is really good and that thali is so mouth watering I still can’t forget the taste amazing service there is no option for 10 starts I would have give you that one. Special thanks to manager Himanshu he was really good and Explained everything very nicely what a great experience I will surely come again. Great service

I got the take away for whole family from the sarvana bhavan melbourne to Ballarat. Told them several time before packing to check the order carefully and dont miss any item, as it is difficult to come back. It was dissaponting when all the members of family sat to have food and came to know that 3 to 4 items were less.
Though food taste was fine but managing the orders was not good.

Great food and a great price. Maybe the ambiance wasn't the greatest, but I would definitely recommend this place.

Just ate from here and had a wonderful experience, despite being busy the waiter offered to make a coffee on the house.

Loved every aspect of the place. South Indian food at it's best and economical.visited 4 times till now and never disappointed.

Restaurant timings are not accurate. I entered on Sunday 28 Nov at 9.30pm and the staff told me kitchen is closed and so no more orders. Also interestingly staff told me restaurant is open until 10pm but only for people who already entered and eating. Timing published are misleading.

Good food and management is definitely taking measures to check the proof for vaccination seriously, which is very responsible!
The entrance to the restaurant may not be easy for everyone with special needs.
Overall - You can enjoy a good Indian breakfast on a Sunday! Their Idly Vada and Special Thali are good options!

I went for a catch up dinner with friends and we loved food was so tasty and the staff super friendly and helpful.

Amazing authentic Indian food. South Indian dosa is very delicious, customer service is very good and all staff members are very friendly and helpful, the food was perfect! Even the covid precautions taken was done very well! We absolutely enjoyed the food and customer service and will be back for more, the best point noted was the level of hygiene maintained. Busy place over weekend bt prompt service. Had good experience while visiting. Ordered Idli sambar and onion uttapam both were yummy and tasty. Would definitely recommend anyone and will visit again very soon.

Food is good but the service was too bad and the staff were irresponsible with their work. Especially the girl with the cap and speds was rude with the customer and not even caring about the customer needs are.

Good vegetarian South Indian food, which is quite close to what you get in South India. I would recommend trying their Masala Dosa and filter coffee. You get filter coffee in a steel tumbler similar to the experience in South India.

Authentic Indian food and tastes amazing. This will always be my go-to place whenever I feel like having Indian food especially the soft hot idly, dosa and Medhu Vada <3. A big shout out to the amazing chefs who are bringing out the best taste possible in every food they serve. Best place in the city, if you are looking for perfectly cooked dosas with just the right amount of flavors. This place serves authentic South Indian cuisines (pure vegetarian).
