We had a great experience dealing with Abigail when buying my wedding ring. The team were attentive in keeping us up to date around the delivery timeframe (it was quite tight), and we felt lucky that they actually delivered ahead of schedule. Love the ring, it's divine. Thanks team!

I made a Soldered appointment and paid the $50 deposit for the 15 minute time slot. During the appointment I expressed some reservations I had about the bracelet being soldered on.
The person basically said it is what it is, it’s up to you, but we’re running out of time. I then asked if I could use the deposit for something else in the store because they did have some other nice pieces. I was told by the manager that it wasn’t possible which I found quite shocking as the website just said it’s non-refundable in case of cancellation. Totally get it’s their prerogative to decide on their terms so I’d just suggest that if you are looking to book a soldered appointment, be absolutely sure you want to get something soldered on!

Wonderful experience and exquisite piece I received. My engagement ring is exactly what I wanted and the process was so easy and just lovely.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Celeste and the team at Sarah & Sebastian helped relieve the nerves of getting the "perfect" engagement ring. The process was thorough, communication and assistance was excellent and the professionalism could not be faulted. My Fiancé loves her ring as much as I loved creating it and I look forward to shopping in store at the Armadale store for years to come.

Absolutely incredible experience. We came to the Armadale store with some design ideas, styles, taste and budget to create a custom engagement ring. My partner then dealt with Celeste and the team directly, where they were so knowledgeable and kept him in the loop every step of the way. The experience was so seamless and the whole team was absolutely fantastic to deal with! We can't wait to create the wedding bands next.

I went to the Armadale store twice because I was trying to decide on buying a particular piece and had questions and some concerns. Both time the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Really took their time, gave me their full attention and provided lots of useful infomration. I ended up buying the piece. The whole experience was great!

[EDIT 2] Also, whoever designed the opal collection needs a raise and an award of some kind.

I love visiting the store to have a browse and see the staff there. I've visited 4 times this year, twice to browse and twice to get their soldered bracelets. Each time I have visited, the staff have been very helpful, sharing information about their pieces and collection. They have also been so friendly and lovely, which makes visiting even more enjoyable. I absolutely love my 3 soldered bracelets (plain white gold chain, plain yellow gold chain, stinger chain). They look stunning and I've had no issues. Here's hoping they last a lifetime or at least many years. Love the look and atmosphere of the store also.

I liked its price point and the quality, and it was delivered very smoothly after I ordered bespoken size. (Although I think it should not be charged extra because every person has different finger size anyway.)
It was perfect because I wanted something not extravagant to remember the youth age for our wedding band.

Disappointment at the Melbourne boutique though was staff and the customer service. It can be definitely improved and make customer experience something special.

But entirely I'm glad I found this brand.

Best jewellery I have ever purchased! I have 3 gold rings and a gorgeous gold necklace! They are so fast and help my boyfriend with sizes and what matches what! Love you guys so much

Be aware of sizing.
We purchased a beautiful Sarah & Sebastian necklace via David Jones online, 3 pearls included within a chain length and a blue stone pendant. The pearls and stone are seriously 'micro' size and the chain is super short, (choker style), even on a petite wearer. S&S said they were unable to account for neck size. The length in the promotional picture online is totally different to the actual product.
Because the piece was purchased via DJ's, S&S were unable to offer any assistance referring us back to David Jones.

Very disappointed with the quality of their products. The rings sizes are smaller indeed - I had to return 2 rings because they didn't fit right. But it's not my main concern. The silver ring I was wearing for only a month now looks absolutely terrible - it is all chipped and scratched (and there isn't much manual labour involved in my life, since my work is computer related). Sure, the designs are beautiful, but there is no quality behind them, especially considering the price tags. I was so excited about this purchase at first, but now, a month later, I couldn't be more disappointed.
