Great experience with Grace! She was so helpful and really made a big effort to find what we were looking for. Had so many bad experiences looking for an engagement ring around Melbourne however she was a breath of fresh air.

Grace assisted my Grandma and I today to purchase a beautiful dainty diamond necklace. Grace was friendly, kind and made us feel very welcome. She was very helpful when I came in with some photos of necklaces I’d seen online, this was a gift from me to my Grandma. Thank you Grace for making her feel so special!

Such an incredible experience! My fiancée and I had the pleasure of dealing with Grace, who helped us select our dream engagement ring. Grace was so knowledgeable about the products and kept us up to date with the ring's process from start to finish. We also dealt with Georgia, who was just as wonderful. I can't wait to return to select our wedding bands next!

So much for an experience, was rushed, no help with pricing, not good customer service. Love the bracelet but the girl was rude and unhelpful.

Product quality is quite poor. The bracelet fell off once we got it replaced then it fell off a second time. After doing this twice we just want to move on but they are refusing to provide a refund. Overpriced for what it is. Poor customer service.

Visited the Armadale store for a second time on 18/02/2023. Very poor service and unwelcoming staff. We were considering getting an engagement ring from here as the products are beautifully made but unfortunately the service is appalling. The staff member that “helped” us was extremely rude and made us feel like we’re inconveniencing her by asking basic questions like band widths etc. When you’re potentially going to spend thousands of dollars on one of the happiest moments of our life, this is the opposite of what we should feel. Happy to share details around the person that helped us offline (don’t want to bash someone here). However, don’t think I’ll ever support or recommend S&S ever again.

Just wanted to share my own experience recently whilst attending the store of Sarah and Sebastian located in Armadale. I had to attend the store for a fault in an earring I had received. When I entered the store there were 3 women who were standing behind the counter and looked myself up and down, no smile and no welcome to the store and continued to glare. With this attitude I had approached them for assistance and remained very abrupt and rude. Furthermore my item needed to be collected from the store and was dreading in retrieving said item as I was already upset by their behaviour initially. Upon entering the store to collect my item, the clerk behind the desk did not say hello or address myself upon entry as a greeting for a customer, he only said "do you have a booking? " with an unpleasant and offensive look to myself and my friend. I replied no, but am here to collect an item. I didn't realise that to enter this store required a booking nor does this state on the website. I am thoroughly disappointed in the customer care of Sarah and Sebastian and have been good client with many purchases throughout the years. It has left a negative experience and have questioned making further purchases from this store. I do hope you learn from this and educate staff regarding customer service as this has occurred twice now and multiple staff were involved.

Absolutely love my piece, but definitely isn’t an 18cm bracelet as specified. It’s tighter than what I tried on in store prior to ordering online, and measures less when put against a ruler. Brandon explained to me over the phone that it would sit at exactly 18cm if it was pulled on either end against a ruler, but not exactly on 18cm when laying there. Extremely poor service, especially for a loyal customer. They were unwilling to assist in extending or even providing an additional loop, constantly repeating it’s not a service they offer. You would think they’d try harder.
Won’t be spending money there again!

Incredible customer service and jewellery! Staff were friendly and helpful, and I left only to want to come back for more pieces I got the petite staple chain soldered and I love it more and more each day. Would recommend to visitors passing through Melbourne and anyone looking for a unique jewellery experience.

Beautiful product, disappointing customer service. 3 girls rostered on last Sunday and I was the only one in there and no one served me. 2 were busy talking to each other the whole time I was browsing. As I was about to leave the girl at the counter did actually ask me if I needed any assistance but by then I was over it. Such a shame as I had seen some beautiful product online and went in store to physically see them and buy some gorgeous accessories but that in store experience just ruined it for me. When product is that expensive, and the whole branding is luxurious, there’s expectations. Unfortunately, in-store expectations were not met at all.

Overall experience with staff both in the store at Armadale the cbd and online have been fantastic cannot fault them. My issue is the post of my brand new earring broke first time putting it in, as well as previous to this my diamond ring snapped in half. Love the products and completely understand they dainty but quite disappointing as I have had to send back to be fixed. I guess lucky they offer this service

Lily was fantastic at guiding me through the engagement ring purchase process, with consistent and timely updates throughout the journey. I already knew which design to go with for my partner, but Lily help to narrow down the diamond search with a few ways in. My partner and I were both very pleased with the results!
