Went there last Fri night with a few friends and really enjoyed it great variety of food to choose from and the woman who was the manager was very attentive and helpful

The staff are quite impolite and discourteous! They speak in a very condescending manner and it is quite unprofessional and unnecessary behaviour!

Over priced pub food. Slow service. Unattentive staff.
Wagu Lasagna.was lacking in taste. Lacking in beef. Overall a miserable experience.

My flatmates steak was well cooked
Roast was nice but expensive
Wedges were delicious

Desert never arrived.
Final taste was a rude response to polite feedback
Won't be dining here again

Better service and better food at The Brook

Wonderful food, great service, very nice atmosphere and very friendly helpful staff. I was with a group of 12 people, and we all loved it. I look forward to going there again when over that side of the city.

Went here today with another family as well. The food was a lot better than expected, the service a little hit n miss but everyone was making effort. Would go here again.

Service is terrible. You have to go to the bar to order drinks; both non-alcohol and alcohol alike then go to a different counter and line up for 5 minutes to order a meal that costs the same as a good, a la carte restaurant in the area that has table service. Only giving it 2 stars as the food was still palatable, but nothing special. If I return (& that's a big if) it will only be for a lunch where this type of set up is a bit more acceptable, but definitely not dinner!

Recently changed their menu.i loved it. My kids ate their food with no fuss. A must go family restaurant. They even have a play area for kiddies
