SERVICE IS FANTASTIC, THE MANAGER THERE WOULD TRY HIS ABSOLUTE BEST TO HELP OUT, ESPECIALLY WITH THE OLDER PEOPLE/ DISABLED. WAY TO GO!

My favourite pub in Point Cook and the BUFFET IS BACK! WOOOHOOOOO:) Food is delicious and well priced. There is a kids playground with skill testers too.
The staff here are honestly amazing! They make you feel welcome and are always so friendly.
Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Nice spacious club, function room that's awesum, play pokies or have a bet. Play pool is always the go good food n beer

Took my family out to eat the other day. Amazing service. Waitresses are polite and friendly, food is delicious and the whole package offers a terrific value for money. Highly recommended

Great local place for a night out
The steak in the sports bar was magnificent! Cooked t o perfection with an excellent side of greens, salad and/or fries. Been looking for a great steak place for a while.we have found it now

Absolutely ridiculous place. Every time i call for a booking for 1 person whether it's a Sunday night or Tuesday night i always get the same answer. It's fully booked. And yet when we call back and get someone else its a different story i.e yes we have booking available. Getting sick of calling to hear the same old story. Are you guys a business or what? Great way to put people off from coming your restaurant!

Hamburger was very average, not nice! Salmon patty full of potato, then chips also, deep fried, very deep, tasty but to much potato. An average experience, we live around the corner but probably won't be back based on tonight's visit. Good service!

The venue was easy to access, well staffed and had great parking. For the event I attended here, it was well suited and presented nicely.

Bistro meal in the public bar steak special$14 great value not flash just good at an affordable price.

Great food at the hotel. Well presented and friendly staff. The wait after order was not long. Our meals were served promptly. With a wide variety of mains on the menu, it is surprising how quickly they served. One thing I found odd was identifying table numbers by using a large paper marked with the number using a sharpie and doubling up as your "table cloth". I guess it helps with cleanup after, function over presentation. Either way, it was a good time at the piano bar after that.

I don't know when kids Cheeseburgers started having BBQ sauce or Steak sauce or whatever it was, but you might want to mention it on your menu as I'm tipping a good portion of kids won't like it, mine included.

I haven't been here for a while and it's changed they've taken away the all you can eat area's and have replaced it with a bristo set up. The food is quite nice for what I had. Everyone else at my table said the same thing. So as far as recommending Sanctuary Lakes Hotel I would yes go have a meal there it's a family orientated place so if your looking for cosy this is not the place. The food is nice and priced quite reasonably. Also good place for functions.

All u can eat buffet.indoor playground.great for kids.reasonable prices.big tab and gaming area.

Food is excellent, even the buffet where you expect lower quality food exceeded my expectations. Service from times visited was fine. The place is kept clean and really it’s worth your money.

Young lady who served me for breakfast was amazing. A shame that she was obviously under staffed. Food was ok.

Country pub feel with friendly staff and great food- not a lot of vegetarian options but they're willing to change some menu items to accommodate

Food was "ok" but overpriced for the service you get. Everything there is for the best interest of the venue and not the customer. From tacky paper tablecloths held down by clips so it's easier for cleaning to having to order drinks from the bar then having to go to the other side of the venue to order meals. These things would be ok if the cost of the meals justified the service, but it doesn't.

Went to Sanctuary Lakes for family birthday celebration with a group of 20. The food was very good at reasonable prices and the service was very attentive.
