Samgyup Sarap

First time in Samgyup Sarap St. Albans and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The Adobo and Bicol Express are to die for…. And the K Bbq was really soft and tender with the hint of Filipino taste! IT WAS FIRE! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. Hope to see HALO HALO with Ube Ice Cream next time!

Food not great and pricey for the quality. Only redeeming item was the fried chicken, but not good enough to return ever again.

Small restaurant so it can get crowded pretty easily.

We order a KBBQ set and korean fried chicken, however the meat to grill came after half an hour of waiting and once we finished the KBBQ meat we then receive the chicken after an hour.

The chicken flavours were absolutely delicious, we got honey soy and bulgolgi and definitely recommend. Mixed feelings about the KBBQ sets, the sides (kimchi, fish cakes and radish) were not tasty. As for the KBBQ meats, their marinated spicy pork was amazing, but can't say the same for their marinated beef which tasted bland and felt like it was only marinated in simple soy sauce.

Samgyup sarap is one of my favourite restaurants as far. So close to home; I am able to enjoy Korean and Filipino without having to go all the way to the city! Definitely recommend for those wanting to go out for dinner and enjoy a filling meal.

Samgyup Sarap is an awesome place for Korean BBQ and Hotpot. It's a nice place to have family and friends bond over the authentic Korean and Filipino fare. Next week they will have an Unlimited meat option so definitely coming back here!

What a brilliant BBQ. Cool bar sign and incredible decor. A hidden St Albans gem. Staff extremely helpful and a highly recommend.

The good: good variety of food at great prices. Filipino food was delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Needs improvement: might be understaffed when we went Nevada individual dishes were slow to be served. Finished dishes piled up and weren't cleared to make space.

I'd still recommend this place, but just be prepared to wait.

This place is my go to Korean bbq with my mans. The food is the best. Great service and friendly staff. Couldn’t ask for more

Cozy Kbbq pinoy restaurant, great atmosphere with greenery vines and hanging bottles of sojus from the ceiling. They even have some classical boardgames too! (Connect 4, scramble, life, Cluedo etc)

Food is superb once you add all the ingredients into one bite (lettuce + kimchi + yellow radish + pork belly)

Staff were friendly and food was great. Made sure to check up on our table and perfectly served refreshments when needed. Pretty sure the workers then were Varel and Reyner

We had a nice home made food with comfort and wholesome. The service is exceptionally well managed. Our orders are tteokbokki, fried chickens with two flavours and an entree of Filipino dish. Nice meal with cold beers.

I advise to order with the staff if u go in as order with QR code take longer then 35 min, hot pot just come in a pot the meat is inside already what you see is what u get, 4 table come after me and I got my order when I ask, I git water but no cup to drink water, the ladle on my table was dirty and the stains is already dry, the waiter seem busy so I forgot to tell him. Need more attention when u clear the table.
