33 Excellent service, terrible food!
Rice was soggy, kimchi wasn’t fermented, meat was either plain or very salty, veggies were off. Definitely not Korean BBQ. I was fooled by the 4.5 stars: (
It's our 1st time and last time dining here. We're a group of 8, we we're given a piece of beef with 2 plates of pork meats & 1 plate with a couple of mushrooms. We asked repeatedly for more beef and we got 1 piece after several reminders. We spent $360 between the 8 us us, and the neats we got weren't nowhere near $100. Plus there weren't any vegies. Very very bad experience and will never be back.
The service was good but considering the quality and price of the food is terrible! One of the meat have too much black pepper and the meat smell odds. Fooled by the ratings!
Tastes good and more than reasonale serving of meat, staff are really firendly and accommodating.
In my opinion, food needs improvement. Please fix your dukpokgi (a bit tasteless, rice cake not perfectly cooked: you need to bring it to room temperature before cooking it, corn cheese (taste a bit weird), fried chicken is ok. Chapjae is fine. I believe you can do better!
Pork belly, beef are great, servings are reasonable. Butane gas BBQ, place is a bit small, but hey, that’s how Korean mingle around.
Amazing service and high-quality food! Such a warm and welcoming environment, filled with upbeat music.there was lots of variety within the menu, with the combination of korean bbq and traditional filipino dishes - suitable for everyone of all tastes.we had such amazing service provided by waiters axl and teado.they were very sociable and friendly.highly recommend, and will definitely be coming back!:)
It was quiet on the day we came which is good because the place is small so if it is busy, it could be very cramped. All you can eat bbq is cheap but you get what you pay for. The cuttings of the meat is not that great. Only 2 side dishes. And the soup didn't have much in it but so salty. Service is decent since there were only 2 tables to serve that night. However, they just stocked up the drink fridge and they obviously gave us the drink from the front which was not cold yet. Don't think I will be back again due to food quality though.
Don't be fooled by the high rating. Customers are offered free drinks upon 5 star ratings and positive comments after the meal. The food is relatively expensive compared to the city. Quality is subpar: some cuts of beef were old and you were able to taste sourness from it, kimchi was not fermented, lettuce was overwashed and soggy and the stews lacked flavour. Not worth the money or experience.
Very good service and nice food, generous portion and cute shop decor, definitely will be back again.
Hidden treasure in St Albans. Great food, nice atmosphere and well priced. Fun experience for family with kids. All you can eat! Yummo
Our first visit and we did the BBQ. Meat flavours were great. Looking forward to going back and sampling the rest of the menu
Great food and great service! Fresh meat tasted amazing; definitely recommend the beef bulgogi K-BBQ. Love the Filipino-Korean fusion restaurant, and inside was a small, but lively and comfortable atmosphere. Very pretty interior, and waiter by the name of Axl was really nice, patient, and consolidated an amazing experience! Very attentive and made sure we had a good time (thank you!). Go here if you love K-pop and Filipino food, and get unlimited meat if you go for K-BBQ ($45 a person)! Great range; although a bit pricey, it’s worth it as a first time thing. Praise all round for me!
Been here for hotpot and traditional filipino food, it may not be 100% serving the most variety if Filipino dishes, but absolutely perfect for a great dine, drink, and have a good time vibe. It gives me back the memory of old times and it was just wonderful having it here in Australia.
Food are great tasting, staff are wonderful and I like the working personality of the girl that was working during my recent dine.
Classic fried chicken may need some improvement with the seasoning, but in general it’s wonderful!
Food is great, you can have unli bbq and soup! Service is fast and good. Would definitely come back, loved the korean and filipino combination Homely vibe, highly recommend!
Omg guys, trust me you guys will never regret. This food is just delicious mouth watering. And really affordable with good deals. Must try
I had to wait 40mins for my platter to come. The tteokbokki was undercooked, the japchea was dry and the seasoning was not mixed properly. The cutlerly and bowl also had old pieces of food on it.
The Korean fried chicken was alright though
Bought 3 bibimbp only about 4 pieces of around 1cm poke in each
When I calld the restaurant they told that it is only a topping and that's the normal
What a disgrace this shop has so much potential but cutting cornice like this you are just loosing customers
Excellent service, very friendly and warm place. Food is better than I expected. Would love to visit this place everytime I want to eat Korean/filipino food
Worst korean bbq rip off I ordered all you can eat korean bbq they don't even tell you how big the portion are or you dont know if it tastes good or not and they charge you $15 per 100g you don't eat all the meat, the meat taste off and we could not eat 2 of the meat that we cooked so we were charged $15 and I told them the food taste off and we can't finish it and they said to bad I just hope this will help other people and it won't happen to anyone eles
