Saluministi reviews
54The king of paninis. My word. Fresh bread and cold cuts, cheese, sweets and coffee. Heaven. What else do you need in life. Grazie.
Fantastic paninis. The Nutella brownie was not quite as good, but the place was still worth 5 stars. The staff were all very busy but still friendly. Very limited seating during lunch time.
A bit hectic at lunch, but the Panini were fantastic and the service exceptional in spite of the crowd.
Order the pork burger (porchetta) … can’t finish even half of it.sorry…probably not my thing.
The sandwiches were delicious but the place was a little small, confusing and very crowded. The drink options are very limited.
Visited a few times. Most recently had the cheesecake, and it was pretty good! Good sandwiches too.
Love their food. The paninis are so yummy, one of the best Italian eatery this side of the town. It's reasonably priced food menu, good food quality, decent menu option are It's strength.
Great bickies and nice sangas, i cant get enough of the lemon biscotti. The coffee is a let down - I have tried it many times over the months and I find it tastes burnt and just plain undrinkable. Music is too loud as well. All up, pretty good place and docklands isn't spoilt for choice.
Wonderful people and amazing coffee. I've been attending every morning for the last couple of years. Easily the best cafe in Docklands.
I ordered soy latte and I felt it was very light so opened it, it was 3/4 full which I didn’t ask for it. So I go back to top up milk and they laughed? ! I rarely give bad reviews but they really have attitude problems. And also barista needs to take his job seriously. For them, it’s no big deal for a takeaway coffee, for me, it’s my start of my day and I wanna it good.
Takes me back to nonnas garage. Awesome simple menu and simples flavours. The way it should be unlike lygon st carlton.ben
Had a lovely lunch at Saluministi - pollo panini, calamari panini, muesli and oat milk flat whites - great food, friendly service, will definitely be back
Lovely experience eating here, such a cool italian vibe and the food was just divine.will definitely be coming back!
H some lunch here really liked the special coffe is good I think they numbers for sit in all the staff wandering around calling names is distracting - just saying / would return
It's the hidden gem on the far end of Bourke Street in Docklands. One of the colleague recommended the place for lunch catch up and it was well worth the walk.
The vegetarian panini was one of the best I've had in some time.
Highly recommended for breakfast & lunch.
Great coffee and hot chocolates.
Cakes and paninis are fresh and tasty. Worth stopping by. Great value and service.
Me and my partner have been to this place 3 times now.and unfortunately it's gotten worse on each visit.
Let me first talk about what's good.the coffee! Can't complain, very good coffee and it's been that way on all 3 visits.
The food though has been getting progressively disappointing on each visit. We had a pretty good Caprese sandwich on our first visit which made us go back again for our second visit, but unfortunately we were met with some rather arrogant service and a Porchetta Panini that was so over toasted and crunchy that it made it painful to eat, while the insides were still cold.
Being that it was a neighbourhood cafe for us we decided to give it another chance 6 months later but what we experienced this time around was even worse. Service was once again very arrogant and unfriendly, and the Mortadella Cornetto's that we ordered came to us somewhat flattened but with the insides still very cold and with un-melted cheese.
Will not be going back again.
Popular location at the corner of Bourke and Collins Streets, Docklands.
Variety of sandwiches and cakes - their home made bread pudding is a favourite.
Truely the BEST coffee I have had outside of Italy. The pistachio and lemon biscotti are rave worthy too. If you have the chance, go to Saluministi!
