Salsa Mexican Restaurant

Absolutely loved the Burrito. Tasted wonderful, I would definitely recommend Salsa Mexican Restaurant to everyone. Busy establishment and the service was "top notch".

The food was delicious as always and we are always welcomed with warm greetings. We always love going to Salsa for our family get-togethers but was even better this time since moving to Queensland. We highly recommend Salsa. Thanks

Was expecting real proper Mexican food.
Mostly slop on a plate.
I get they were busy but the server's really need to brush up on their customer service skills. We were patient and understanding that they were busy and kept forgetting our orders totally missed the kids meal ordered. It felt like they were. Very angry and annoyed that we were there.

The food is always amazing and consistent.
The owner, Manuel, is also really friendly and serves up excellent margaritas.

First time trying Salsa. Went here on half-price Tuesday and received only half the customer service thanks to their rude staff.
Firstly, we asked to have an ingredient taken out, but they still ended up adding it to the food.
Secondly, the older female waiter rushed us to order dessert, as she placed down the menu and came back after 30 seconds and seemed irritated when we weren’t ready to order. She added that you had to be in and out because that’s how half price works.
And lastly, the young male waiter walked off on me mid-conversation when we were trying to explain that the dessert we received did not match the description on their menu, he also was not apologetic at all when we told him the second time. 2 star rating as the food was tasty, but the service definitely needs improvement. Such an unpleasant experience.

OK food. OK price. Kinda boring atmosphere. But beautiful view of the Werribee folk. I saw a woman pushing a pram holding a bottle of johnny walker.

Been coming here for awhile now food is always amazing and tasty and the owner always makes a special hot salsa for us to have with our meal. Great food best Mexican in werribee reasonable price and super friendly staff five stars all the way

Was so hungry and craving for Mexican Food. We found this special restaurant. Not only was I satisfied, I was so full. Good customer service too. Will come back definitely.

Management is rude to customers, or is selectively racist as I had mentioned that what I was given was incorrect to what I have ordered, employee has rolled their eyes at me giving me attitude, and when correct food was given, the food tasted cheap and as if it came from a coles/woolworths diy kit. Improvement is needed starting from the customer service of their staff/management.

Food was incredible, very tasty and authentic. Only giving a 4/5 since the customer service needs work and also there was a short black hair in my food which the staff were very apologetic for and replaced my taco. Overall would come back as the food was 10/10!

This is one of the best mexican restaurants that I have been around the world. The traste is sooooo simimar to the taste in Mexico!

Tasty food and nice service! Menu reminds me with a little of Taco Bills, but quality and flavour was so much better.

Have been coming here since moving back to Werribee about 7-8 years ago with my husband, family and friends.

The owners are always so friendly and welcoming, the food is delicious every time and the frozen margaritas are the best anywhere!

Arrogant, rude, impatient and lazy staff. Especially the man working on Tuesday night. Better fix up your attitude before anything. Zero rating.

What a wonderful meal! Ordered Nachos, combo dips, chicken Fajitas, Beef Fajitas a Burrito Grande and chicken Enchiladas. Absolutely delicious and enough food for (probably) eight hungry adults. Really generous serves and terrific value. Food was proper homemade Mexican- not franchise style. What an absolute gem - can’t wait to return again. Very highly recommended.

Ate here after a day at the open range zoo. Was really impressed. The food was excellent, the portion sizes were really generous and it was very good value. The service was very attentive too. Id definitely eat here again when in the area.
