I have been to Sakura Lounge a few times in the past and thought they were very good. Unfortunately went back this Monday and it was such a disappointment, the masseuse gave me the worst massage I have ever had in my life and I have had a lot of massages. She did not seem to know what she was doing; she rubbed my back very fast in an up and down motion. I had requested for a deep tissue massage, but it was not. I did not feel relaxed and just wanted it to be over. I wish I had told them this while I was there but did not have the heart to because they were so lovely. Would not recommend. If you want a massage with a qualified masseuse go to STABLE MASSAGE.

Coming to Sakura Lounge was a fantastic decision. From the very friendly person over the phone accommodating us on short notice and being very flexible with our requests, to the lovely environment as soon as you step inside, the experience from start to finish left nothing to be desired. Myself and my partner went for the friends and lovers package which consists of a 30 minute foot massage, 60 minute full body massage and 60 minute facial. Every element was very professionally delivered and extremely relaxing. I look forward to booking in again in the very near future and will certainly be recommending Sakura Lounge to my friends and family. Thank you very much for a fantastic experience.

I went today for a head to toe indulgence package and have never felt so refreshed as I do now. It was amazing! The staff were lovely and welcoming, the atmosphere was so serene and comfortable.it really was like a sanctuary in the middle of the city. I have never felt so relaxed as i did during each of the treatments today. The facial was out of this world and i have never really enjoyed a shiatsu massage but the massage i had today has made me want to go back for more. Everything was clean. The temperature was perfect, the staff asked if you were comfortable. They serve plenty of cold water, a lovely cup of tea with a yummy mochi. I loved it and would recommend this as a lovely gift, or a special treat for yourself.after a really hard week, this was exactly what i needed and hope everyone can experience just how good it is for themselves.

I had the coffee and chocolate body wrap when I was in Melbourne, my boyfriend had the massage! The service was very good and shower facilities etc was clean. Will pay a visit when I am next back in Melbourne.

I went to the Sakura lounge today to finish my Melbourne trip and I am very glad I went. It was such a nice experience, from the staff, to the atmosphere, to the service itself. I got the ‘Japanese Princess Package’ which was done by Mayumi - she was so kind and did a really good job, as I’m sure all the other staff would. I highly recommended
