I had such a great shiatsu massage. I would love to know what the masseuse’s name was. She kept a firm pressure for the entire time and focused on my shoulders and I mentioned it was a problem area for me. It was such a good massage I’ve booked in for another one. If you know what her name is I would love to know so I can book her in again. Decor is a bit old but the service was still great. Thank you!

We had planned a girls trip away and relaxation was what we wanted. We got exactly that at Sakura Lounge. It was a little hard to find but that was the maps on my phone which was being difficult.
The ladies were amazing, friendly and good at what they did. They were kind & courteous and I would not hesitate to go back.

An experience reminiscent of spending a relaxing massage in Japan. Don’t expect the hard-pounding massage you may experience at an ordinary massage. Instead, you will enjoy the sensations of experienced hands kneading to find and relieve aching muscles. I like it so much that I have become a regular patron. Ishii san, Hiromi san and Miki san were all excellent!

Beautiful facilities, the bath and massage were terrific, and they had the best mochi I've ever had!

I had never had a hot stone massage before and it was amazing! Space was lovely and calm, staff were delightful.

The staff are lovely but unfortunately I think the lady I had was new. Not a very good massage, kept missing the key points, just kinda felt like I was getting squished around. I think the lady is in need of more training before getting a start on actual clients. Had a 45 min aromatherapy massage that cost me $85 so not really a good value for money experience

The massage therapist's really know what they're doing! They hit all the right spots and were really lovely.
The only thing I'd note is that the space could be a little more inviting where the foot therapies are done.
It's quite a large space with alot of movement and with loud air-conditioning it took some time to really relax.
Other than that it was great.

I had my IR sauna for the first time in Sakura Lounge new 2 person sauna. It's very relaxing and was perfect to do it before my shiatsu massage, all in the same relaxing room.

I've been here a couple of times mainly for deep tissue massage. I've had it with different people and they were all great. I've always felt really relaxed after that. They usually will ask you if you have any specific area that you'd like to focus on and can accommodate the strength of the pressure to your liking. This is definitely my go to place for getting a massage.

I love this place! I got a head to toe package as a gift for Christmas for 2.5 hs. The staff were very friendly the deep tissue massage was excellent and the facial left my skin soo smooth.
