Sacred Heart Mission Op Shop reviews
34Fantastic opportunity shop. Often has designer clothes including suits.got a lovley Pierre Cardin suit for 30 dollars. One of the best option shops in the area.
Always a big fan of this Op shop.
Until 3 days ago.
Rude lady behind the counter. Probably will never come back because of her bad actitud with costumers.
I been shopping here for the last 4 years and never had a problem. All the other staff are lovely but this rude lady is always there but unfortunately she served me last time for the first time and was awful.
(apparently she is incharged of the store) ️
Hands down the cheapest op shop for books in Melbourne. As low as 50 cents. You'll get the best newer books for $3, but I bought up hundreds for about $1 each. Amazing. They have some good household items and furniture here too. Some clothing, but I was always impressed by their large amount of books and cds for sale.
Used to love this place. But find it getting more & more expensive to shop. Too overpriced. Just realized that when I found the Salvo nearby on Clarendon St was much cheaper.
Lovely shop 95% of staff are wonderful but there is one nasty piece of work behind the main counter who just hates men, hates her life and is desperately trying regain some modicum of respect by rudely displaying her authority as an op shop manager quite sad actually but I wont go there again
Fantastic opp shop, beautifully organised and has fantastic quality of second hand goods. Staff are super friendly
Very nice op shop, but I couldn't afford to shop here. Prices don't seem justifiable. Expect $100 for most jackets!
Very well laid out goods so finding a treasure is easier. The womens' clothes are even sorted by colour and there's a back, supervised room for extra special treasures.
One of the most well laid out and cared for opshops in the area. The staff are lovely and there's always a good selection of well cared for items in the store
This is THE op shop for any of your costume party or normal clothes needs. Great range. Not the cheapest op shop in the world but always hidden gems here. Check in often.
The visual merchandising at this op shop is great! There are some committed volunteers here.
Good amount of stock, perhaps curated for an older South Melbourne demographic? Shop layed out well and pumps 90s pop hits! I stop by several times a week to see what's new.
I wanted to buy a few home items that were displayed on the wall only to be told by the sale staff that they were not for sale, what is the point of having second hand goods in the shop which have been donated to the charity when they are not to be sold, a set of 4 garden chairs were displayed i would have phurchased them, the $ would have gone to your charity, what possible use are they hanging on the wall? It was at the south Melbourne branch.
A bit dearer than most Sacred Heart shops, but has a special room full of mostly new designer garments. Comparitively limited assortment, but fantastic volunteers and a great atmosphere for browsing.
Fantastic opportunity shop I got a couple of nice suits here, a boss & a Daniel hector. Good turnover, different stuff every time you visit.
