I found Sacs jewellers to be very professional and friendly. I would recommend Alec the jeweller as he does a beautiful work.

Amazing service from Brodie and Angela.they were more then happy to open up any cabinets for me to see and try. Also assisting with picking gifts. Thanks ladies!

Brodie was wonderfully helpful when I visited Sacks to get my rings resized.
The turn around time was quick and I appreciated the fact that they have a jeweller in store to do this rather than sending them away.
I have some engraving on the inside of one of my rings which was also left intact.

The staff at Sacks were terrific. My son's bracelet that I bought him during lockdown broke recently. I was on their system and they offered to refund, replace or choose another, even though it had been almost a year. He was able to choose another from a great range, and I just paid a small amount in the difference. Very helpful and obliging, thanks

Very friendly staff who all showed an interest in why we came into shop. Very helpful with out any pressure to buy. Spent a considerable amount of time with my husband and I giving us alternatives to look at. Come away feeling very positive & will go back again.

Recently dropped in some watches for new batteries and a new glass, the staff were brilliant, a bit of banter between myself and the staff was great fun highly recommended

Great service received during initial purchase, friendly professional sales lady who related well to my needs as she had a daughter the same age and recommended pandora ring to suit. More than happy with customer service and would recommend.

The one star was for the beautiful store presentation and other staff members who were lovely.

The staff member who served me and my fiancé was rude and disrespectful. Firstly we were ignored while she was on the computer despite saying she will help us. (It’s not hard to say be with you in a moment or to call someone else).

We came in for a simple ring size change and were argued with 2 times. Firstly about my ring size, secondly about the price of the ring that was originally bought. Saying it was cheaper than originally paid, my partner had to then bring up his bank statements to prove the price. As he was a regular customer he has an account and has been told that he doesn’t need to keep receipts for proof of purchase anymore. However, he was ignored and she kept arguing the price was cheaper. He then found the exact ring on display with the correct price, and the correct size which she also said they didn’t have in stock.

We will now be shopping for jewellery elsewhere and pandora jewellery online from now on, as that customer service was horrible and rude. A good customer has now been lost because of this incident.

The birthday voucher I received was for $30 not that I am complaining about recovering this amount but there was nothing for $30 except for basic pair of sleepers
