Sacks never disappoints. Plenty of variety and top quality items with wonderful customer service. I've been here multiple times and they've done an excellent job. Special shout out to Michelle who always goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Highly recommend going here for all your jewellery needs!

THE WORST customer service. Took 6 weeks to order a ring that never came. Staff couldn’t care less, multiple excuses for poor service. At least 5 phone calls and 4 visits in store and the manager NEVER phoned back to discuss. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Haven’t been more disappointed in a store or customer service in a very long time. Will be passing this information on to all my family and friends. Will never shop here again,

Brodie was fantastic! From the first moment I walked into Sacks she was above and beyond. I was looking for an engagement ring and wedding band there were a lot of conversation about what would work and she always made time to explain it all. Great follow up and after sales care.
