Ruby Cafe Kyneton reviews
60My boyfriend and I have been attending Ruby's cafe for 4 years now and we absolutely love everything about it. Rob is so passionate about every aspect of customer service and delicious, fresh food! He is very kind and generous and always gifting us with free juices or additional food. You always feel like part of the family at Ruby's and they are always searching for ways to improve their business. The food is always delicious and fresh and they do cater for a variety of dietary needs including gluten free. Can't speak highly enough of Ruby's. We love you!
Always great coffee and food. Been coming here with the family since I was little one, but it's so much better now. New owners have a great reputation in town for quality.
Loved everything about this place, from the friendly service to the country style atmosphere. We made a booking for sons birthday. They have a spacious outdoor courtyard. The food was perfect, particularly the Avo on toast. Their coffee is the best in town. For desert we had their new Black Forest Cake which they bake themselves and tried they cold pressed juice they make which was divine. I'd definitely recommend it. Book ahead for groups as this place gets busy.
Food very basic and unfortunately considered too expensive. Cooked well good service. $10 for ham and cheese toasties seems excessive as did $17 for a basic hamburger. The service was friendly. Not many patrons suggest value for money might be an issue here. Would not return purely on cost.they need to review pricing a bit but no complaints on quality or service. Wish them the best as they appear to be very competent owners and staff.
Lovely fresh and tasty food, thoroughly enjoyed it, you surely couldn't go wrong here for a coffee break or full meal. Cheers Ken
These guys are awesome! Very busy place but yet the service was friendly and quick. We had burgers and they were delicious. Fair priced and beautiful décor. Best food and coffee in the town.
Busy cafe forgot to book ahead was lucky to get a table. Had the avo on toast which was on the Instagram and kids had pancakes. Great food and service will be back next time. Very Covid safe.
Lovely little cafe in the Kyneton main street. Sandwiches, breakfast staples, avo toast, all done very well. And great coffee!
An amazing service, they even catered for my coeliac partner with an amazing gf options.
Thanks!
The only thing I would add is a free wifi, with that it would be 6 out of 5 stars!
The coffee was good before. Now they have changed the bean brand to "Little goat". The coffee has a fantastic flavour now. Well done guys.
Had breakfast there this morning, lovely little restaurant with a really nice courtyard. We had the big brekky and poached eggs on toast with mushrooms. Both meals were delicious, nice fresh sides. Staff were super friendly, overall a great place to go, very happy
# Centrally located: inside & outside dining choices.
# Food was of a usual cafe quality.
Cosy place for quick catchup with friends. Food and coffee was awesome as well as the staff. Highly recommended.
Lovely people, fresh food and great coffee. Lovely country vibe where locals hang out. The staffs are all top notch, fast, genuine and friendly. Looking to meet new locals? This could well be it.
It’s difficult to find a place in country towns that cater for dietary requirements. I just had a beautiful toasted sandwich on GF bread. I wish I’d taken a photo but I ate it too fast because it was delicious, with egg, bacon, tomato and lettuce. Friendly and helpful customer service. I highly recommend. Also a beautiful town worth visiting.
Just a lovely place to eat. Atmosphere was perfect, service excellent and the food was well presented.
Disappointed. I'm always willing to give newer businesses a go but there was nothing really making me want to return. Visitor from outside of Kyneton. I was fond of the previous business.
We have been on holidays for three weeks through Tasmania, Melbourne and Country Victoria and this brunch was the best meal we have eaten along the way. Absolutely delicious and lots of options for those with dietary requirements.
Stopped going a few years back as takeaway always too precedence over indoor customers. Spent a pleasant half hour there recently, obviously a quiet time so no waiting. Good to visit but choose your time.
Polite owners and staff, quick service and a friendly atmosphere. A good place to take your kids for lunch.
