RSEA Safety Moorabbin

We purchased a set of work pants that happened to be on sale at the time but got the wrong size. We went back two weeks later to exchange the size only to be told we had to pay an additional $23 as ‘the sale had ended’. I work in retail and I’ve never heard of having to pay an excess for a simple size swap just because the sale has ended. After enquiring as to why this was their ‘policy’ I got a call back from a staff member saying they will refund me the excess as a gesture of goodwill without any explanation. I said I’d be happy to give credit card details over the phone but they said no I had to come in, again I’ve never heard of not being able to action refunds or payments over the phone. Poor staff manner, poor knowledge of retail and customer service.

WHAT A POOR EXCUSE FOR A WORKWEAR BUSINESS.
Purchased work boots as a gift and returned less then 2 months later when the zip stopped working to be told its "wear and tear". EXCUSE ME THEY ARE 2 MONTH OLD WORK BOOTS? ! THEY SHOULD HANDLE MORE THAN 2 MONTHS FOR $200? ! Will be taking the issue to the ACCC as I am simply appalled.

Really bad customer service. Really disappointed for the second time! Worst place for purchasing workwear, the products are good quality but customer service so bad, really poor, doesn’t even deserve one star.

Bought the wrong pair of men's work pants and returned them with tags and receipt the following day (I was told I could return, refund, exchange).
Found the right pair but assistant and manager informed me that as they had one person return a lot they had exceeded their refund quota.
I could forfit the refund amount and exchange or I could come back tomorrow!
I have never experienced this before!

The manager is not friendly and a little bit rude and he does not want to help you.so bad. But all the staff is very good and keen to help.

Only 1 rack of womens clothes in the whole store. Got told to try the mens pairs by multiple staff. Lady tradies are growing in numbers, it would be good if RESA's stock reflected this.

12.05pm, 07/01/2020. RSEA Moorabin is the only place I've found P2 rated masks in stock, $29.95 for a 10 pack. They are the only place I've found after Bunnings, Total Tools, Sydney Tools are all out of stock. They had a pile of them at front counter.

Ordered some items was not stocked item hence they did special order and then I called after 2 days to cancel the order over the phone spoke to Cara and she said thats fine done. When I went to store to get refund I have beed told there will be 20% restocking fees on special order which I was not advised over the phone when spoke to Cara. Obviously this is not fair if I am getting charged and not been told. I understand store policy and all but A customer expect information from RSEA staff. I have bought so many items in past from RSEA but this is disappointing as a customer. They don't care what customer say/satisfaction. Just add on this email was sent as per Clare but no response at all. Obviously this guys don't care.

Huge store with plenty of stuff but average customer service, staff are more interested in putting things back on racks than helping customers. I had to try and find staff members multiple times just to try on a pair of boots. The minute you get the box they disappear again. Good luck if it’s not the right fit!

Good quality, Good range. Customer service lacks a little bit along with the communication. Told 2 weeks for embroidered shirts only to follow up 2 weeks later and find that the stock was only just compiled and sent to embroiderer. This sort of thing happens but it would be better if it was communicated to us so we could make other arrangements.

Wanted to get a pair of safety shoes and the assistant was very unhelpful. He seemed much more interested on getting back into the computer.

They have a decent variety but low stock levels. Left disappointed.

It's ok, great new quallty casual clothing but a major change in stocking only it's own brands for workwear clothing no major brands anymore

Usually the thought of buying clothing and other various items was a thing i dreaded, thanks to a lovely young blonde haired woman i was able to make quick and easy decisions and be back at work within 30mins, thank you very much best customer service ive experienced. Cannot thank you enough.

Worst experience ever. They are as rude as you could ever imagine of worst customer service ever in the history of mankind. Not at all customer service oriented. I had to follow up 6 times for a small quote for list of 17 items of 9 sets. Which is like over $12k sale. The male staff that I spoke to, doesnt care about business and service. He said he has lot of other things to do than getting my quote done. I would say find a better place than RSEA. I would never go back AGAIN especially Moorabbin.

The best customer service among other RSEA stores. Also this store has the most available sizes in stock.

Slightly confusing clothing layout, few places have hanger racks dispersed across the store for a reason. Shelves along the walls is the way to go.

Seems od therw are only two registers with so many staff ready to serve, would be less of a wait during the after work rush with a 3rd register.
