RSEA Safety Moorabbin

Purchased a pair of pants in store that they needed to get in and was told multiple times they would get it in from various stores on seperate occasions and call me on the day but failed too.

It's been 4 weeks and still no work pants and both store workers who I dealt with told me they would call later that day after I went back into the store to get the work pants brought in from another store.

Will be getting a refund and never shopping at RSEA Moorabin again. Horrible experience

Never buy boots from here, instead just go online. I purchased one pair from them which even doesn’t last for 4 months, if anything will happend, they will just tell you it’s from tear and wear, go for CAT OR BADWORKS, instead of spending bucks here

Placed an order at 9am and they personally called me to let me know it was ready for collection not even an hour later - FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was hessitant in coming here due to some of the poor reviews, however, I was really happy with everything. They had a good range of items in stock and a couple of the guys helped me choose what I was after before quickly processing payment for it. Will definitely be back.

I did a click & collect order on friday & saturday it was ready for pick up in the morning. This way you don't have to deal with much and just go in and pick it up. For anyone who has had bad customer service/experience here i recommend doing online click and collect and just picking it up.

I agree with the previous comment. Bought my kids boots and spent 370 dollars and the so called service girl blonde with Tatts had the worst attitude. Someone needs to
Tell her they are a million unemployed ppl in this state I’m sure someone would love to have her job and scan boxes.

Do not shop here! This is a horrible store that is clearly run horribly - need to get better management ASAP.absolutely not worth your time

Under staff, walked around the store for 15 minutes no one is there to help you, the sales guys do not have friendly attitude. FYI this happened 3 times while i was there.

DO NOT shop from this store. Appalling management, with no value for their customer. Do not expect ANY sort of service or support, and certainly never expect to return an item even if in original packaging. Buying from AliExpress would have better service than this Australian store.

Hardly to find my size and the customer service has been ok from time to time, but I wish they sell older stock allot cheaper.you basically have to be a rich person to buy things from here.

I have been purchasing all of my work clothes from here since I started my trade 10 years ago, I’ve never had an issue with the customer service untill recently. I bought a pair of $90 eleven work wear pants that wore down in 3/4months of use. When I took them back to see if they would be exchanged I was told that the warranty isn’t on the material and that there were other better brand pants that would have lasted me longer, not the response I thought I would get. I thought $90 was a decent amount to spend. I don’t think I’ll be returning and I definitely won’t be purchasing Eleven wear ever again, I’ll also be telling others of my experience and not to waste their money either.

I have been going there for years and the experience is very mixed- from excellent to poor, depending on who you get. They tend to be a bit overpriced but the 'salesguy' -for want of a better word- snapping his fingers at me to get me up to the counter is just plain ignorant. I was the only person in the store so it wasn't as if he had better things to do. I don't think I'll be going back, I'll give nicer people my cash in future.

I placed an order on some boots but after two weeks of waiting and being mislead on how long it would take for them to come in, I got a refund. The "manager" didn't even apologise for the wait or for the staff members misleading me, but she did ask if I wanted to get something else instead. Sad.

My sales woman was marvelous she helped me find the exact workboot i was looking for, and put my sale through, a complete service from entering the front door to leaving, I love the brand of boot and loved the colour got taken straight to it tried it on and bought it in no way could I do anything but compliment the service I received

Terrible store. Do not trust their online stock checker, it is ALWAYS wrong. Even when calling up and confirming something is in stock, only to arrive and be told 'oh no, that's on back-order and won't be here for weeks'.

The staff are absolutely miserable and extremely rude.

I was sold the wrong size boots on a Friday afternoon. Went to return them that following Monday to see if I could swap for a US 8 which I asked for and also said on the counter when I went to pay "these are size US 8 yes? " To the man putting them through and he said yes aswell. I realised after wearing them around the house that they sold me a UK 8. Thinking they would swap them for me instead I'm left with no exchange and $220 out of pocket. Will never shop there again!

Staff were very helpful and taking the current COVID19 situation seriously with all wearing masks.

Really unhelpful staff. Overpriced. There are better options around. Don't bother with these guys.

Went in to simply return a pair of pants and was greeted by a gentlemen with long, curly hair who was nothing but rude and passive aggressive toward me. He seemed genuinely annoyed at me for no apparent reason and made me feel quite uncomfortable.

If you don't want to deal with customers and put through something as simple as a refund, then don’t work in retail. Was an appealing experience from start to finish, don’t bother with this depressing store.
