28Very unhappy with the service I was provided. Employees didn't look interested at all and to top it off I overheard a male employee taking a phone call, being extremely rude to the customer. When he got off the phone he complained to the girl next to him about the call he had just taken.while customers were around. If that is how he speaks to people over the phone I would hate to see how the other employees he works with are spoken to/treated. Not impressed! Will never be back here again. Very rude and a disgusting way to speak to others may it be in person or over the phone!
Went in today with the new catalogue in hand had no problem finding the products that i wanted staff were excellent and very helpfull i even purchased other items. I love the range so much good stuff.
A Good big box Retailer a great range with good customer service.was very easy to find what i needed.even picked up some things i didnt need.the girls were very friendly and helpful.
Great range of products. Little disappointing seeing the old man behind the counter have a Tantrum because of a system error saying I purchased two pairs of boots online when I only purchased one. Then took it out on the young girl by accusing her of putting papers in the wrong folders, slamming the papers on the desk one by one. Made things uncomfortable for customers around. Not good to see.
Previous experiences I could not fault.
Great customer service especially from David. I always get what i need form this store even if i drive past Essendon or tulla stores

Damm it, She wears her hair in a bun most of the time, Yeah very nice girl! The man that works in RSEA, he seems to run the show, is always Complaining! & Grumpin around the place.
