One of young girl is very bad with customer service 24th may 1230pm.look too much pressure with few customers and this shop don't want to exchange for the ppe even I didn't open
Better go other shop or go to rsea in Sunshine. They are friendly.

A large catalogue of safety clothing, equipment, and related items at a reasonable price.

The staff are also helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

My husband and I went there today to order his work clothes and were stuffed around for 40 minutes because the staff didn’t have access to the system required to process the order due to no manager working today.
Appalling service

Today we tried to exchange some work pants with a receipt. Lady was not helpful told to take them back to the work place and get them to do it.
It not like he wanted money back just the right size pants.
Well what is his to wear on Monday morning thanks so much for your help Rsea would not shop at your shop every again.

The personnel here is quite unpleasant. Daily at 12: 03 PM on Saturdays I'm not kidding, just check your camera and you'll see what I mean. To outfit some of my employees, I thought I'd have a look at the FXD PANTS options. I respectfully inquired of the salesgirl if they were available in a variety of designs. She snapped back, "Go look at the rack; each item is designed differently. " When I politely asked her to show me again, she became visibly agitated, jumped up from her desk, and stormed to the rack to do so. It would have been one thing if the shop had been crowded, but there was no one there but me. When I asked her about the two girls chatting behind the counter, I thought she became quite agitated. I went back to find out her name because her rudeness had gotten under my skin, but she claimed not to know what I was talking about. At first she could understand me perfectly, but now it's as if I suddenly don't know how to speak English. Close to a hundred pairs of pants in various sizes were on my shopping list. Obviously, I have no intention of returning to that area. The female was referred to as Adriana. After no one at this business bothered to ask me what I needed, I made my way to the Grovedale location of GO SAFETY ONLINE STORE. Huge dissimilarity.

I don't know where to start,
But when arriving at the store got greated by two workers at the store and told them what I needed and a lady called Jannett
Served me and got treated with respect, patients and kindness went to great lengths to find the right sizes of the products I needed. Definitely recommend this store to anyone Who wants to be treated with respect and need good quality workgear.

RSEA staff very helpful, they didn't bother in anyway but when i needed help they were really good.

I just purchased 2 pair of wolverine low safety shoes from this company and i was need size 8 for both navy and grey colour so 1 of the lady was calling the store from hopper crossing to check if they were having the size i need and she even asked the staff member from hopper crossing store to reserve the 2 pair on size 8 for me on the counter desk so that will save me alot of time and i did get the shoes that i really like so i want to give a big thank for your customer service.

I bought a work boots and I didn't even wear it yet I tried in the office it was bit tight and whe I take it back didn't accept it poor costumer service

Amazing staff. There was a lady who helped me and advised on shoes. She recommended socks as well which really made difference for me. I don't remember her name but my thanks to her.

5 stars for the shop, 1 star for warehouse connected. Great shop, and great retail staff. Had everything a tradie needed. Got hired as a causal warehouse picker recently. I quit for i've never seen so much undesirable leadership traits that causes friction between supervisors and employees. The male who is currently running the place named Danny, gave me the creeps when younger women were around him. Great place to shop but probably not to work in for some.

Great range of products… I came for the Bolle safety glasses which are bi focal…. Staff very helpful and friendly

Way expensive and not as wide of a selection as in was expecting, also have to order my size in (xxs) so didn't even get what I came for when I needed it

Amazing customer service from Dalia probably the best shoe shopping experience I’ve ever had. All other employees were great too checking in if I needed extra help. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone and will definitely coming back again for their wonderful service

DO NOT shop from RSEA. Appalling management, with no value for their customer. Do not expect ANY sort of service or support, and certainly never expect to return an item even if in original packaging. Buying from AliExpress would have better service than this Australian store. Very dissapointed.

The lady (didnt catch her name) who helped myself and my colleague select different safety glasses, smokers bin and hand sanitiser was excellent. Great product knowledge and brilliant customer service. Even helped us load onto ute.

Great location, plenty of parking, great range of stock and amazing staff with a special mention to Michelle. She was awesome and served us straight away and helped us the whole time
