Well, you guys doing a great job down there, and thank you so much for being so kind, so generous, so pleasant and even more! No matter how many times I've been to you guys, you've never disappoint me and that's a wonderful feeling! Keep up the excellent work and surely the people will appreciate you!

Visited the cafe downstairs today and was extremely disappointed with the service and cleanliness of the one of the staff members. The particular worker that served my partner and I was not only unfriendly but also coughed in our food multiple times. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and concerning for future customers. I’m writing this review to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We did raise this issue with another staff member who fixed the problem and also apologised, which is why I’ve given 2 stars instead of 1.

Rozzis have the tastiest line-up of food. We got some advice from Hudson on the finer points to suit our taste and we weren't disappointed.
There is so much to choose from at Chadstone, restaurants like ROZZIS have to stand out. We'll be happy to come back.

Visited around 11am December 30 2018. Great position. Bland taste on overpriced ham and eggs on toast. Staffer with Resting B! Tch Face with black hair and super small mouth looked at me like she was about to give birth to satan from a horror film intent on malicious harm. I absolutely did not want to stay there. It was a super bad vibe. My good natured wife thought it was funny when I told her. I kept my eye on RBF to make sure my food wan't tapered with. And made doubly sure to check it when it arrived. Not worth the super negative vibe or side way glance hassles from the stress I got the this hideous staffer. Something needs to be done about this. It's obvious they couldn't care less with so much traffic. I won't be returning. The food for the price isn't worth putting up with this.
