Only had the focaccias and coffees here which have always been top tier! The private seating area also makes such a difference. Love this place!

Came across the most impolite and entitled barista at Roxzis Chadstone.
Serving me the wrong coffee was just the start of the problem, when I went up to return the wrong coffee he started blaming me for picking up the wrong coffee to begin with, and started complaining about me to his colleagues about taking the wrong coffee cup.
It’s just unbelievable how some people just don’t understand the meaning of hospitality, which goes above and beyond a cup of coffee or a slice of pizza. I’ve been going to these guys for 8 years now band then to have been treated so poorly is beyond disappointing. Good luck to the new franchises trying to sign up with a group that has got the hospitality culture so wrong!

Post my original review on 28/05/23, the owner has taken the time to explain the situation and I appreciate that and also thank them for doing so. It definitely shows there is a high level and care from management both towards their employees and customers which will ensure the good smooth operation of this place shall continue.
However, the last thing I would like to point out, is that one can let go of a meal that was cold or a coffee that was not so great, but one cannot let go misbehavior thrown upon paying customers. Completely Unacceptable.
I am aware that a lot of the hospo talent move on to having great careers in their respective fields, but those are the ones with the right 'attitude', the ones who've leant well from this industry, the skills of performing under pressure and ensuring every single customer experience is a great one. No one can teach these skills, they come from the right attitude. Some people are just there to make a quick buck, and no doubt the barista that day was only interested in collecting their pay check at the end of their shift.

Regular almond latte was the gift from the heavens that blessed me on a cold Chadstone morning ️ chicken focaccia was solid but not 12 dollars solid. Regardless had an amazing experience!

The staff is rude, made two mistakes with orders and dint apologise once. Took our order wrong, i was standing to get my order and they said it will take time but i saw the food sitting in the corner and he gave me from there only. Not good service.

I sat down at a table here to rest momentarily. The Asian chef there came out of the kitchen area and rudely told me off and said only customers from this cafe were allowed to sit here (he did not say it this nicely, I have fabricated it for the sake of this review). Yes, I did do the wrong thing, however the way he communicated with me was just very wrong and very, very rude. He then proceeded to angrily barricade the entrance I came through; as if to shut me out, and tell me to go away. I’m sure this cafe has a lot of potential but please work on respect, even to people who are not directly your customers.

Food was nice in Particular Randy served us and had a great customer service, definitely visit again

Place was very busy but service was reasonably quick. Staff were polite and efficient. Had the Chicken Schnitzel Foccacia with chips and an iced coffee. Total cost $22. Reasonably priced but was not overly impressed. Foccacia was a decent size with adequate filling however the schnitzel was barely warm. Given the amount of options around this area of the centre - I will be trying elsewhere next time.

I've been a returning customer for over 6 months now, i returned not because the food as the food is average. But because the service i receive here is sensational! One of the manager Soffie has always been a pleasure to deal with. Her positive energy and welcoming vibes is what gets repeat customers. I can say she really cares for the customer, myself included.i would give less stars for food and 5 star for customer service. Thanks Soffie for always taking care of us!

A very friendly and sociable cafe, making excellent coffee to order. A good selection of pizza's and other foods and quick clearance of plates. Jovial host!

Very very disappointed and unhappy with Rozzis. Went there yesterday with my wife and daughter in law and three small grandchildren. The cafe was nearly empty inside so we moved two tables together in back to put pram out of the way of aisle. As we sat down a waiter came up to us to say we couldnt bring the pram into cafe but had the temerity to say we could sit outside. There wasn't room for all of us at the table outside. I said no you have lost our business. I guess after drinks and food we would have spent over $100. Thats poor service. We will never try to go back again. Im giving you 1 star because i couldn't give you no stars which is what i wanted to give. My daughter in law has three children under five. She deserves a medal. What she got from you people was public embarrassment. You owe her an apology.

Had a great experience at the Upper level rozzis at chadstone today! Food was so good and the staff were real sweet and friendly! Very happy:)

Pizza and pasta were fantastic and very filling coffee was also good. Customer service was great and the server was very attentive.

Stopped by rozzis upstairs on our way out of Chaddy to pick up dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and enthusiastic staff there. Haven't tried the pizza yet but the staff sure made my day!

Omg! This place shouldn't even be in business. I'm surprised they are still operating, especially seeing that they make the worst coffee ever. I explained to them that my coffee tastes like dish water but to no avail. They didn't refund me or make me a new one. Nor did they apologize. As for their service, they were useless! It was one of the most expensive coffees I've ever had and the worst. It cost me $6.10 for bad coffee dropped in the nearest bin. I will never be going there again! Staff with no customer service. Get your act together Rozzis!

Probably the best pasta we've had in a very long time, from the Chadstone upstairs cafe. Amazing service from Sophie. Thanks for a great feed!

Visited the sister store at the LG Food Atrium tonight and I would say that it was the WROST coffee experience I've ever had.
Ordered one regular warm latte and one decaf iced coffee no cream on top for takeaway. Sit just next to the barista and only three orders shown on the screen BUT didn't get my coffees until 20 mins passed. Double checked with another staff who made the iced coffee if it's decaf, as I didn't even see they use decaf coffee ground for me. I was told that he used pre-made cold NORMAL coffee instead of hot brewed decaf coffee to avoid the iced coffee becoming warm, and explained me that it will be very weak and pretty much like the decaf.
Cheating customer and surprised that their very unprofessional skill.

I've come before and was not too impressed by the service. However stopped by recently after shopping and was served by Sophie.
She was lovely; excellent service that made all the walking worthwhile:)
