ANTS! Crawling all over a table we were about to sit at. My partner had been here years ago & warned me about the ants - I thought "No Way" but there they were - it was good entertainment throughout our visit. The waitress heard us talking about the ants and said "another couple left because of them, there must something sticky there" Now the food: It had so much potential - I got my go-to 'Beef Vindaloo' (Very Hot) - the heat & flavour were on point.the meat itself was chewy - so disappointing, my plain Naan was dry & crispy - thank god for my Vindaloo sauce that I could dip into! My Vegan partner had the 'Bombay potatoes' which were pretty good & surprisingly 'creamy' - our Onion Bhaji entrée was also pretty good. The ants and the chewy meat left us both pretty disappointed.

A small, friendly restaurant serving a wide range of popular Indian dishes. It also has a good drinks list, all reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

ROTI not flackey but oily and soggy
Beef Masala med to hot tasteless
Rice was the only item my family would eat
There food tastes like it was pre cooked weeks ago

All of the dishes I have tried from Royal Time have been delicious, tickling my tastebuds with a variety of spices in every dish. Staff are very friendly, especially Umesh, who always manages to make me smile!

We dine here regularly, fantastic tasty food and great friendly service and trust me the meat is never tough, the entrees are never cold, just superb melt in your mouth food with amazing taste, just the best!

Dined in on a whim with my gorgeous family tonight. Great atmosphere, amazing attentive service, reasonable pricing and fantastic attention to detail. Food was amazing! Definitely coming back!

Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide list of Indian food and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone.

Horrible, dangerous and illegal use of food colouring. I have had tandoori chicken in different Indian restaurants from different continents. But no where I found these much food colouring which can bring cancer straight away. I even tried to boil to wash out the colouring but no luck. Stay away from this restaurant if you want to stay away from hospitals. Also first time I am seeing Chicken 65 also made out of same highly coloured tandoori chicken. Worst experience ever.

Great stuff! Got the vegetarian banquet and was full well before desert. Extra rice and naan free of charge with this meal so will defs be back

Absolutely lovely food and service. We get takeaway from here once a week. Eating in at the restaurant is also a great experience.
