Royal Stacks reviews
71The single stack burger was delicious. And the lady who served me was very warm & friendly.
Friendly staff and a variety on the menu. The buns were nice and soft but the queen bee burger was slightly salty. The single stack was good with a juicy patty. Chips were a good portion for a large but we're slightly dry for my liking.
Foods are delicious, and no other comments for that. What you can improve is please try delivery to customers. I gave 4 star because of the place and time, I had to wait 30mins to get my burgers, other than that awesome.
Gluten free, low fodmap, not an issue.
The burgers contain no onion or galic and the gluten free bunbwas quite nice.
Unfortunately they don't have seperate fryers, well.sorry they do have seperate fryers. They have one for the chicken for the burgers and one for the chips and onion rings. Of course the onion rings are not gluten free which means you can't have the chips as the oil they are cooked in is contaminated with gluten.
But hey, doesn't matter as the burger well and truly made up for it.
So welcoming and most importantly one of the best tasting burgers I have had. Have been to all locations now around melbourne and get the same great taste and experience every time.
Good size burgers. Beef patties and sauces are great quality. Friendly staff. A little on the expensive side if you want chips and a drink.
I was pleasantly surprised. The burgers are delish, patty buns and sauce well balanced. Staples done right. Menu and options are good, varied and have some boujee add ons for the ones that feel like they deserve more because they are at Chadstone haha. I would give you some more props but it's a shopping centre and evniroment and presentation can't be rated. Thanks
Gave out the wrong order after 15 minutes wait and it’s been half an hour since I’m waiting for my correct order to come through.
I went there Saturday afternoon. They finished bread, and wrapped my sandwich in WET lettuce. They finished chicken! Burger was relatively raw! Simple solution: try to improve your quality, and close when you don't have enough material. Unhappy and unfollow on instagram
Horrible burgers, the chicken Sunday burger was all oily and all we could taste is oil, vege burger was very average but despite of less qty the milkshake was really good
Ridiculously bad! Had the sunday ray. The patty was drenched in oil and the bun was soggy because of the excessive oil. Never coming back. Below average onion rings.
Surprisingly good burgers. Fresh ingredients, good meat and the waffle chips were nice too. I was waiting a pretty long time for my order and they weren't overly busy otherwise this would have been a 5/5.
I read Royal Stacks is one of the best burger places in Melbourne so I came and tried it for the first time. I had the double stack burger. But I found the mobile app and the QR code purchase was not user friendly and I failed to use it to purchase. The burger is super expensive, it's not bad but I think this business does not have much advantage among the competitors. I am expecting Royale Stacks to come up with different promotions and pricing strategies.the food is really mediocre.
Steer well clear of their shakes. $8.50 for some glug which is just ice-cream stirred a bit. Two-thirds of the cup empty, the middle third somehow. Only thing that sucked more was me trying to get anything through the straw.
For some reason all of the low-carb friendly options at the Chaddy food court have disappeared. Thankfully, Royal Stacks has a lettuce-wrap option. I ordered the Bacon Bacon in a lettuce wrap and wasn’t disappointed. It really only lost a star because it was a bit spendy.
When u pay top dollar for a burger u expected to be perfect or good enough yeah? I ordered bacon bacon burger the cheese fries and oreo shake. The burger was undercooked the fries too salty and the oreo shake instead of having vanilla with Oreo shake, it was just chocolate with Oreo.
I wasn't very impressed today when I witnessed the kitchen hand serve up my fries with his bare hands from the fry tray, due to this I will not be returning. It's basic food hygiene!
Bacon Bacon Burger - 0 stars, undercooked patty.
Cheesy fries - extremely salty.
Water - 5 stars.
Day of visit is boxing day so the overwhelming numbers could be a cause.
In short I would go to maccas instead.
Water and coke were very tasty
Cheesy fries were super salty
Bacon bacon burger was under cooked
Chicken burger patty was extra cooked and super salty. Won't recommend to waste your money here.
Over priced for small burgers. Undercooked fries. Bad chemical cheese. Over all, just disgusting
