Royal Stacks

The chilli cheese beef fries suck. The cheese solidified before it touched the base of the cup and taste very artificial. The combination was very salty and lacks the exciting features.

Charged 25 cents for a small Heinz ketchup pack… I’m a regular at the CBD branch and they never charge for ketchup.what a money grab.

We ordered the double stack and the meat was really pink - probably too pink which wasn’t pleasant.

The staff were incredibly rude to Uber drivers and were obviously not interested in being at work.

We ate inside and felt that the place had a distinctive smell. The doors need to be opened more often to let fresh air in.

A “large” serving of potato gems is $10…. Menu is definitively on the high side.

I’ve eaten burgers from all over the world and this place is definitely up there. You are definitely getting your money’s worth here.

Burgers are on the small side. Paid over 70 dollars for 3 burgers and some chips. No drinks. We left hungry as only one burger was a double stack. It's sad that the single stacks are not a little bit bigger so you are not relying on the fries to fill you up.

Royal stacks should change their name to pee wee stacks. Fillet of fish bun at maccas is prob the same size bun and the patty isn't much bigger.

I have ibs and they had gluten free buns which was great considering there are hardly many places that will cater to gluten free needs. The food was amazing, and everything was made fresh

My first time eating and it won't be my last,
I really enjoyed my food. My friend and I ordered two chicken burgers they were called the kavorka which were cooked perfectly the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Chips were seasoned well and cooked good. The service was fantastic the lady was very helpful. Can't wait to try more of the menu next time I'm in the area

Royal Stacks in Chadstone is a great Burger option to have at a shopping centre, The Burgers are truly delicious! The ingredients are top quality and the Food is always fresh! I Highly Recommend Royal Stacks at Chadstone Shopping Centre!

Ordered karvoka and single stake burger today. Absolutely delicious. Worth every single penny.

Ordered bacon bacon, kavorka and cheesy fries last night….
It’s really overpriced and no yummy at all…. Not worth it, especially the fries, very soft and oily taste…… it cost $44+ for 2 adult and my fatty food lover boyfriend don’t even finish it…. Horrible taste

This is an absolutely disgusting place. The staff is ridiculous. We ordered a vegetarian burger from the Chadstone store. After repeating the order a few times, they served us a burger with a meat patty. As it was a takeaway we only realised it after coming home. Never going back to this place ever again!

I got 3 burgers and 2 large chips also a small can of kombucha which 5 dollars and big fuze tea which was 5 dollars everything came out $70 which grossly overpriced, the burgers is smaller than a maccas cheeseburger and the patty had no flavour and felt like cardboard, very disappointed last time coming to this place because last time it was very good it seems like you switched management that's why the quality dropped.
P.s I've seen your responses to other customers hopefully you improve your attitude towards customers

Terrible customer service. Waited 35min for a takeaway was then told my order was passed on to someone else by mistake and asked if i wanted full refund because they ran out of chicken to make my order again. Only upside was she offered another order that belongs to someone else at no cost and refunded the missing orders. Never had issues at Chadstone Royal Stacks till now, shame. Suggest any diners who go there for takeaway check your order otherwise you'll be eating someone else's food.

I watched a youtube video of a reputable melbourne gym claiming that the burgers were really good. However, they must have been paid to give a positive review. I ordered the king burger. The bun was good, but its contents was super bland. The mac n cheese croquette could have used some salt and pepper; likewise, the beef patty could have been properly seasoned. The chips on the other hand had a lethal dose of salt, i found myself chugging water to compensate. For 16 dollars for a burger i expected more. The chips were equally disappointing. To conclude, the burgers are better at Hungry Jacks at nearby 50% of the cost you will have an enjoyable meal including the chips and drink.

Update:
A very weird thing happened. Just received a follow on my social media from royal stack and this made me feel very uncomfortable. They should address their obvious managerial issues and up their quality of their food instead of trying to intimidate customers.

I bought some food from them last night. Unfortunately, I had to throw it in the bin because I was told by the staff that the food was halal but the person after me bought a burger with bacon in it. How are they serving halal and serve bacon as well? Either make it fully halal, or stop telling people that you guys serve halal. These things matter to us, stop toying with people's religion/faith. Not going to get food from them at all and definitely not going to recommend it to any of my friends or family.

First time I tried this it was very nice. Second time the burger was extremely salty and soon came barrelling out of me like hot liquid. Beware and never again.

Never dissapoints. 9/10 times I choose royal stacks when grabbing a bite at Chadstone. Quality American Style Burger. Also they actually have GOOD shakes. Blue heven shake was heavenly.

Charging over $27 for this is nothing short of a joke, serving size was less than enough to feed a 3 year old girl. I’m not angry, just disappointed

Very disappointed with the quality of food. I paid for a burger, chips and drink, which cost me about $27. The burger was not disgusting but below average for the price I paid. The chips were about $7, very plain and an extremely small amount. The drink again was overpriced at $5-6 for just Cola flavoured syrup. Do not go here unless you like to overpay for below average food.
