I’ve Lived in nagambie my whole life seen heaps of dogs out front of that pub and in the smokers area cause it was dog friendly so I took my puppy there on a lead was there for 4 hours he just sat down and minded his own business then another dog was there in a guys jumper and was not kicked out but my dog was after he was the centre of attention at the pub and was told that non locals wouldn’t like a dog there so I have to leave

Stopped in today for lunch and they have a lunch menu for $10 to $15. I can highly recommend the house made steak, onion & bacon pie. Only $12, it was lovely. Thanks

Visited on long weekend for evening meal. Great menu and food was delicious very enjoyable and generously sized meals, service was good and staff very friendly. Little bit noisy but we were out in the kids area as there was a few kids in our group so best place to be. Overall would definitely visit again.

Nice little country pub. Front bar had its typical regulars all with their self appointed seating. The barkeep was not a very happy woman.
Had her kids running around and fed them cooked food from the kitchen. We had planned to have dinner their and when asked if we could get food, was abruptly told “ if you bring it from home”

Meals good size and all nice, steak a little tough for me. Mums steak was fine. Daughters kids parma a little dry, wife enjoyed her pumpkin risotto. Very busy, get here early, otherwise bit of wait. Wine list ok

Had heard all go things about the lunch menu for $ 10 to $ 15 so today we gave it ago and am happy to say was not disappointed

Steak cooked perfectly medium rare! Parma's deliciously done with added extra pepper sauce! Very good, friendly service and generous servings!

An excellent historic hotel with a wide selection of great meals and service. Lamb cutlets are excellent.

Stopped by on our way home and this pub is a real gem! 5 adults and 5 kids and every meal was delicious! Great friendly service too and really reasonable prices! We will make sure we stop in again next time.

Publican and staff are very friendly, food is great beer is cold. Just an all round great pub.

If you were looking for a location to film an episode of Underbelly, where a graphic murder took place, this is the pub for you!

Despite these difficult times the publican went out of his way to make sure we had a table to sit at a nd drinks of our choices were served. Last eek we had a sit-down meal; this week we had hot nibbles and a cold beer. They worked very hard to please.
