Although their lamb maybe beef and their mild is still very hot, these curries are what dreams are made of!

I had an amazing experience at Royal e Punjab. Food is super delicious. Daal Makjni was best. Staff is friendly. I would love to go frequently there.

This is the 1st time I eat Indian culinary. Really, I like it so much. The foods are very delicious. Another good point is friendly services from the restaurant staff. I will recomend this restaurant to persons who want to eat Indian culinary in Melbourne.

This place is very misguiding, they show 10 o clock closing but they close at 9: 30. They don’t care for customer time

One of the best Indian cuisine out there in Sydney road. The chef has a great passion with his profession. Their tikka masala and samosa, mouth watering

Had a terrible experience of dine in. Orderd couple of items including fried rice. Once the items were served we found a staple pin in our fried rice. That was shocker to us all as our one year old baby was eating those rice as well as one of our friend who is expecting baby in couple of months. We called the girl serving us showed her the pin, her reaction was just a simple sorry and none of the kitchen staff or manager bothered about it. We all lost the appetite and got up to pay the bill. Again met with cold response from them. This is a serious issue as my little one could have eaten that pin or our expecting friend. But the worst part is the staff didn't had any remorse. Better stay away from this place.

If you don't know already, most of the indian food in australian restaurants is actually punjabi.this restaurant takes standard punjabi dishes and cooks them to perfection.they also have an extensive chaat menu which is hard to find in melbourne. (chaat are unique roadside snacks, kind of like indian tapas.)
the dhal makani had a proper dhaba smokiness to it.the bel puri was delicious and only $5.the culcha was expertly cooked in a tandoor.the decor is questionable but the food is amazing.highly recommended if you want to try some dishes you can't find anywhere else (outside of India and Clayton!)

Best Indian food in the area! Consistently good! We always get the aloo baigan, butter chicken and pea rice! Always satisified and have leftovers for the next day! 10/10!

Absolutely delicious! I recently returned from living in Punjab, and was so happy with the food here, it was just like being back in Punjab. I took my parents to let them experience Punjabi food and I couldn't take the looks of delight off their faces from the wonderful mixed flavours. We ate PaniPuri and Samosa Chat as entree, then Dal Makhani, Aloo Parantha, and my parents Chicken Tikka, and Lamb Rogan Josh.all delicious. Wish I left room for Rasmalai.ah, always next time ;) Dhanyavad to the chef and waitresses who were super friendly. See you again soon.

Food was tasty overall, although the lamb curry was extremely salty. Staff were nice. The biggest issue was the wait. It took 45 minutes to get our first dish.which was the wrong dish, and was quickly taken away to the proper table. We finally ended up getting our meals (3 basic curries and 3 bowls of rice) after 1 hr and 10 minutes. Meanwhile, an endless string of UberEats drivers and takeaway customers came and went, some ordering and being served within 15 mins. Would only recommend this restaurant if you're ordering takeaway in advance.

I visited this restaurant last night, it was so crowded, 10 people were dining in, 6-7 people waiting for take away, bunch of uber eat guys.and the restaurant was having shortage of staff.only 1 Chef and 1 front service member. But both these guys have done amazing job. I had to wait for some time but looking at their sincere hardworking efforts nobody did a single complaint. Finally when my food arrived.its was unbelievably yummy. The Chef did not compromise on food quality, i really appreciate that.

I definitely recommend this restaurant for everyone to go and have a bite to enjoy authentic North Indian Food.

Cheers
