Excellent communication and quick delivery. Item described accurately as per photos. My only reservations about the process was the state of the packaging upon arrival. My new lambskin bag was delivered in a dust bag and one layer of tissue paper - hardly enough padding to keep it safe during the postal process. Fortunately, it didn't have to travel far but it really did require at least some bubble wrap if not a box. Thank you.

I received great service and a beautiful Chanel handbag exactly as the pictures! It arrived with a generic dust bag (I knew this because it was part of the bag description) but would have been great if it came in a box too with some personalised luxe experience.
That said some items do come with the original dustbag and box and this is mentioned on the product description.
I’m extremely happy with my pre-loved purchase!
(I purchased a Dior wallet too which arrived beautifully with all of the original packaging.)

I recently bought preloved Mulberry bayswater bag.am very happy with my purchase and very impressed with the condition of the bag. It is exactly same as what described on page. I compared the price to other sites and Royalbag offered very reasonable price for the condition of the bag. The delivery is super quick and I received it within 3 days.
