Brought my second hand Prada bag that had a shredded inner lining, pretty much beyond original lining repair. However they replaced the lining and it looks SO much better and functionally is a lot better. I also purchased a vintage Loewe bag when i went to pick up my repair and I’m so so in love with it. The condition was only slightly worn and the price was just fantastic, i had to get it.

All in all a great experience! Will be coming back for future repairs if ever needed.

Friendly & Talented…If he can’t make it perfect, he will turn you away. That’s a business you can trust. Because he would rather keep the reputation built through years of hard work and will pass up money to honour and protect that image. That is admirable in todays wacky money hungry world.
OK so I have one of the new Chanel bags and ripped the poor thing and against my better judgment — used Gorilla glue — don’t judge me, I was desperate. Anyhow,
We arrange a time and date and he was quick to respond to that request too. But…after I walk in, i mention glue he said ‘get out’ no im joking but he did refuse to work on my bag because of the glue. So I did the obvious thing, I begged. He said no like 30 times, trying to explain to me, because of the glue he wasn’t gonna be able to make it perfect. So I begged and pleaded that anything was better than it’s current situation. He finally agreed and said ok but you understand it’s not gonna be perfect yes? I say yes, Then he said it’s gonna take 8 weeks so dont call me ok and we had laugh. I was so thankful I felt the least i could do.to show my thanks was make a purchase and so did.

MORAL OF THE STORY… PUT THE DAMN GLUE DOWN — GO TAKE A NAP — THEN REACH OUT TO ROYAL BAG SPA They will help you so help them help you by leaving the bag alone until you get there

I am writing this review for a YSL bracelet I'd purchased online, I could not be happier with the item, the packaging and the super quick postage. I even received a laminated certificate of Authentication. I would highly recommend purchasing from them, their prices are also quite good for a consignment store.

Delivery was super fast for the items and is exactly as described, i was considering buying new prior my discovery of pre-loved bags but just could not justify the expense so Royal Bag spa was perfect for me, i will never buy new again and will most likely be a repeat customer. My vintage Prada and Celine is perfect! Better for the environment and good for my wallet.
