The place is ok for a buffet. The price is reasonble considering how busy they can get here. The carvery is a little bit dry. Pork crackling so hard it'll chip your teeth.

I recommend the Japanese, chicken curry and asian food sections. They have a nice selection of deserts as well.

This place is a place to go with the whole family and enjoy food, delicious very delicious food and number one customer service and very fast and every thing cooked when ordered, I loved it and every each one of you guys will eat here once, will come back again and again, try it out guys you all will love it.

Quality of food has dropped quite a bit since I was there last a couple years ago. Relaxed atmosphere although queues for food can get quite long during buffets.

Not family friendly. Food selection is not bad, however the staff are applaing and would rather go somewhere where we don't feel discrimated against.

We love this place, go there often. The staff and management are lovely, always friendly it's just a shame that the food is not kept as hot as it should be but that's the contractor that has the kitchen and not the hotels fault. They have acted to rectify the problem on the occasions we have complained.

Nice place for everything. I go here for Poker But the Woman In The Counter Who serves the Drinks Old Blonde Lady is a Disgrace there. A racist woman and An absolutely useless customer Service from the Lady. So Impatient and Rude and Feel like never going to This place again

Like the buffet, although they 're not so inclusive of the African tastebuds. Would like a very nice chilli sauce on the side as well as spiced meats.the options are very stereotypical but we were open to trying it out but not something we would look forward to. Multicultural environment, make ur service inclusive.

Well I went today and it was amazing. Everything I go I have a lasagna with spinach. You have got to go.

Honestly the waiters and the food are very nice. The only bad side to the hotel is the bunch of guys (management) at the front of the hotel. They were rude and not helpful. Don't know common courtesy and spoke in a very condescending manner.

The staff are very nice and friendly and well mannered also the food is definitely great value for money, i highly recommend roxburgh park hotel for anyone who wants great service, an awesome selection of delicious foods at great affordable prices

Amazing, the content of food is amazing. Just don't eat the fires Frist beauce you will have less space for everything else

Probably the same menu since one year. Guys you need to change and update your menu or atleast change the location so one can be excited about it.

Cold food, in heaps of quantity, with no taste. Rather than more fried items to fill up your stomach only. Disappointed

Mom n I were there for lunch and really had a feast. Meals were delicious n presented well, venue was nice n family oriented. Staff works hard.

Great selection of food. Can fit big group's. Price is just right for all you can eat. Will come back.

Came to eat here with my family. The food and service was amazing. The staff was very helpful. You should call them to make a booking because they do get busy. Walk ins are also welcome. However, you might have to wait a little bit because they do get booked out quickly. Defiantly coming back. 5/5.

If I could give it less than one star I would! The service is disgusting and so is the food! They say they have “two sittings” however they book the first session and then let everyone keep staying instead of clearing the tables for the second session, which we were told was at 8pm. It got to 9pm and then they said we only had until closing which was 9: 45pm and still had to pay they full amount as the first session and no extra hot food would be provided it was going to be “what was left”!

Staff were so incredibly rude it was absolutely disgusting! Not only to me but to several other families that had been waiting an hour when we were always being told things like “it would be 10 more minutes, that’s the buffet would be extended and the food would be made fresh” which were all lies just to keep us hanging around for the extra money! We used to love this place, even went there one year for Christmas! It has gone downhill massively!

That night was going to determine if it would be our last night there as when we when the time before the food was awful but we just thought maybe it was a bad night. However after this experience we never went back, even though we are members and were offered free meals for next time after we spoke with the lovely manager Michael after we made a complaint that night.

The only asset at your establishment is your manager Michael! He was amazing and friendly not like the other staff and was happy to have a chat about the issues we had that night! He is your asset.you need to hire more people like him and less like your other staff! We ended up going to burgies on Sydney rd and it was fantastic! Total opposite from what we had experienced moments before!

Don’t go there! Especially for the late session. They will tell you on the phone one thing but then say you were lying and that you were placed on a waiting list! There were 10 families waiting we were all told the same thing on the phone Ie; that we were booked in for the second session, but constantly lied to when we turned up!

Utter garbage! Utter useless! Not worth time or money! Try somewhere else! Like I said massively gone down hill!

I've been there before was so nice and variety of food. Now very very poor since you have Indians working in the kitchen.

I go here often with my family for casual lunches and it has the perfect family atmosphere for a casual dining experience. As any buffet will be, you serve your own food and grab drinks at the bar (paid separately). The food isn't totally sublime, but I am just a bit fussy with my food is all for the small price you pay to enter and return to the buffet as much as you'd like it is definitely worth it. The service is quick and friendly too.
