Roule Galette reviews
71The cutest little place I've ever been - lots of delicious crepes and foodies, I had an excellent time and would definitely recommend it to anyone!
The location should be on Scott Al. It took us some time to find this place. We ordered the signature galette, the one with cheese mushroom and ham. I love it, but my friend think it taste kind of bitter. It is probably because black truffle oil or it is overcooked than the sweet crepe. Another one is Riviera. I thought salted caramel would be very sweet, but it is ok. I think it’s more milky. Crepe itself is tasty.
Was time for breakfast, had the vegan Provencale which was very tasty and generous portion size. Partner had the Montreal which was light and tasty, the only downside from her was there could have been more fruit and the strawberries were not ripe. Espresso was ok yet no more than that which surprised me as espresso I have had in France sets a high standard as well as the fact it was coffee in Melbourne. Overall I would definitely return for more. Staff were helpful and friendly:)
The roulette galette was amazing so was the mulled wine and decent coffee
Definitely recommend the savoury galette here
The French speaking staff created a great atmosphere and great service
Great little eatery serving up great crepes and coffee. A must visit when in Melbourne. Plenty of seating, quick and friendly service and great value for money
Awesome experience. Crepes are tasty and have a classic french cuisine feel where the flavor is all about the subtly of the ingredients.
GREAT service, loved the crepe (ordered la montreal - bananas, strawberries with maple syrup) and MULLED WINE! Wanted to go back for more today but i was too late and they were closed!
The cutest little french bistro you ever did see!
Ambiance: Cute and cozy. The seating is split between two small indoor areas and a few outdoor tables. Easy to miss, as its in an alley within an alley.
Food: A good selection of crepes and galettes. We had the Strawberry Queen and Caramel Soy Latte. We loved both! The crepe was fresh and not overly sweet. The coffee was good as well, without the odd after-taste that sometimes comes with using soy milk.
Service: Lovely service and friendly French staff, you can almost imagine you are in some small French town.
Wonderful food, good prices, and friendly staff who all speak French. Great for an authentic French experience.
Excellent little find. It felt like a little bit of Paris (even though they are from Brittany!). I had the typical Nutella crepe, and pictured here partner had strawberry nut (almonds? L yumminess.
